If you like immature kids making your food this is the place for you! Food is usually good but the staff leaves a bad taste. This last time we went was especially annoying because the boy serving was more worried about how much extra food he could get his buddies in front of us instead of paying attention to our order. When we asked for an chips and queso, multiple times, it was never prepared so by the time we got to the register and asked again of course it was out and a new batch wouldn’t be ready for a while. I guess that was all the extra queso he gave to his buddies for free. First timer from the Missouri river area Iowa, I liked the tortilla, THE END! Went with the chewy and blubbery steak.. Made 3/4 of my burrito then start making someone else's, then finally I get cheese, sour cream, and overpriced guacamole (I buy avocados so don't try me!). Who the heck mixes sour cream into a burrito?! I thought it was normal to get a spot of cold sour cream in a hot burrito.. And why not serve it hot? Just because you are near death at 103.whatever°F doesn't mean my burrito is! I can chew my food and mix it myself... Weird! I suggest layers and maybe make it like it's yours. First time trying Pancheros. The food was VERY tasty! But—surprisingly small meat portion for the standard bowl; I had to ask for another one—which was $2 for a single tiny scoop. My main reason for the review was the atmosphere behind the counter. In front of several of us customers, the manager on what seemed to be a frustrated power trip, decided to loudly berate all of the other employees, who all look like beaten dogs. Two were trying hard, two looked like they don’t care about anything.

Your evening manager might need to learn a lesson or two on how to lead & build with a culture of encouragement and not shame. Felt toxic...
