Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

We drove clear across Iowa this morning to attend a cancer benefit for a dear friend. On our way back we decided to stop for some delicious wings. We ordered and received our appetizer and dinner before receiving my drink. The server said someone must have taken it by mistake. But the rest of my party had 3 to4 wings eaten before I grabbed a different employee to ask them for my drink,. About 2 minutes went by and I finally got my drink. By now my food is cold. The other people in my party are ready for refills on their drinks and he goes to a 6 top table 3 different times and didn't return to ours. So I tapped on the glass to get the attention of one of the three wait staff just standing on the otherside to let them know that the other people inmy party needed refills. They had to go find our server just to get refills. When I went to pay my tab the lady at the front apologized to me and said she could not take my payment. My server had to. I said wellhis is going to take forever, again, she apologized, I tossed my card down, went outside to smoke a cigarette came back into sign my receipt. And anyone that knows me knows for a fact that I always tip 30% for good service 25% for okay service. But let me tell you what....when I received my check and I didn't even get a discount on my drink after not receiving it until way after I received my meal, I was definitely not pleased. Our party tickets combined came to over $100 and to streceive service like that was truly disappointing. Needless to say, my part of the party's check,... he did not get a very good tip at all. I never do these reviews but I have never been so disappointed, especially on a long distance road trip as I am right...

This was one of the top 3 worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We went with my in-laws for lunch so I expected it to be a bit of a wait however...it took forever to order and once they took our orders (5 of us) they came back out and told 2 of us that they were out of chicken because the wrong thing got pulled that day and they messed up the order ahead of us so therefore didn't have the chicken for the sandwiches at our table and made us change the orders. Then...the food showed up sporadically we all got our food at different times several minutes between each meal being brought out and cold. We couldn't find a waitress for refills or to go containers so my husband had to get the hostess. They asked to speak with the manager because everything was absolutely terrible and the manager had the NERVE to come out blaming everyone else when the manager was the one cooking the food. So ultimately he made all of the cold food, didn't make sure that the right product was pulled for the day and had the nerve to make excuses and blame everyone except himself who was the one responsible for making sure things run smoothly. We also saw the poor waitress get scolded when it was not her fault (he even tried blaming her for all of the cold food, but we know it wasn't her because she was updating us as things progressed in the back) this experience was absolutely horrid. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Then they were supposed to discount our ticket and didn't. They had to take the ticket back a 2nd time to have...

Our waitress came to us after we had been sitting for a solid 5 mins. Drink order: water with lemon, Blue Moon, and a chocolate milk for our 4 year old daughter. Easy, right? It took forever and the waitress brought my daughter white milk. We would've asked for a correction, but it took so long for her to come back, and my daughter was thirsty, so we opened it. The waitress took our order when she brought our drinks and we didn't see her again until my 1 year old was crying. She came over and asked if we needed any boxes, but we hadn't even gotten our food yet! (Had our food taken a normal amount of time to arrive, my child could've been eating a french fry and would've been fine.) Well, it took 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive and someone else brought it to us: A children's meal, and two orders of boneless wings for my husband and I. My husband wanted bleu cheese and I wanted celery and ranch. We got three cups of bleu cheese and no celery. We couldn't ask our waitress to correct it because we didn't see her again until she came back 20 minutes later to ask my husband if he'd like a second beer (which took 15 minutes to get.) Finally, we got the check and left. The best part? It wasn't even busy! Worst...
