Read moreMost of the people sent to care for my son were helpful and caring. However, over the 3 -4 approximately (2 shifts per day,, we only saw one person twice. While recovering from surgery, I had to repeat instructions to the care givers and provide assistance when they were not able to follow through. The Company had the best intentions but the care required for my son was not met by the peoplle they sent with 2 exceptions. I wish they had a person who could’ve stayed for the duration of the time we needed them so that the care would be continuous.
