My acne got worse lately with long work hours and from wearing mask all day and a friend recommended Spa Dew for a facial. Aqua peel was recommended and it was absolutely amazing. My acne got cleared out so much with two sessions and my skin feels so much smoother and brighter now. It was the best facial and the place is super clean. And staff very friendly. Will definitely go back for more facial sessions.

My masseuse name was Honey. She was the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I will always ask for her. She is very professional, and knows how to craft . I have traveled a lot and have had a lot of massages, but she was the best.

I highly recommend Spa Dew. The reason it's so great is the manager, Jasmine, pays attention to every detail and runs the place very professionally. All the employees are vetted - I trust that anyone giving me a treatment, the manager would use herself. At the spa, they offer a unique combination of Eastern and Western techniques. They offer a Spa Dew body scrub that I defy you to find anywhere else in the Tri-State area! Jasmine is always keeping up on modern technology and at the same time learning more about ancient Eastern techniques. She is constantly educating herself and brings this education and experience to the spa. The staff are all very nice and take their jobs very seriously. They keep track of your gift cards electronically in case you lose the hard copy so you don't lose your money. They are very honest and trustworthy and don't try to take advantage. This is a high-tech, high-end spa, so expect to pay for your services. It's not a typical inexpensive Asian massage parlor that you can find in the area. I'm not knocking those places, they can be convenient and helpful if you have a knot in your back and need a quick, inexpensive fix, in the privacy of a room full of other people, snoring and typing on their phones. Spa Dew is a quiet, relaxing place where you have to make an appointment ahead of time, you cannot just walk in, and you get what you pay for. And what you pay for is a full spa experience, including robe, slippers, locker room for your clothes and bag, shower facility, hot sauna space, lounge space with delicious Korean tea and Italian biscotti, highly trained experts in their fields, with a menu full of wonderfully relaxing treatments, in a clean and private environment. It is a relatively small, and intimate spa. It's not like one of those factory spas where you are one in 50 or more people loitering uncomfortably in your robe in a huge cattle-call-lobby of people waiting to be brought into your treatment. They do not overbook, they make you feel special - you are name there, not a number. The "new" location (they moved a few years ago) has been fully renovated and customized for this specific spa. My husband goes there too. We get couples massages and facials. I feel 10 years younger and refreshed and healthy when I leave there. I feel like a million bucks all day after a facial or massage. They also research the best skin care products that they not only use in the treatment rooms, but are also offered for sale in the front lobby. Again, not inexpensive product, but not over-the-top expensive or overpriced either. You pay a fair market value price for quality, high-end skincare products. They do NOT push this stuff on you or push anything on you. This is not a pushy place. It's all about pampering, relaxing and rejuvenating. Please note, I did not get anything in return for writing this review. I have been going to Spa Dew since they were at their old location, probably over 10 years now. I moved out of Fort Lee, but I still go back there for my treatments. I wrote this review because this is my honest opinion of the place. I...

I set up an appointment for 7:15pm for my husband and I to get facials two days before our big day, our wedding day. I thought it would be a good idea to gift to each other a nice, relaxing facial to calm our nervousness... But was I wrong.

First of all, I asked if the facials include extractions or if there was an extra charge. The lady in charge said that ALL FACIALS COME WITH EXTRACTIONS. She talks me into getting a "Deep cleansing" facial to clean my face "more thoroughly", and "Aroma" facial for my husband but they both SUPPOSEDLY included extractions.

I highlight the extraction part so much because if a service is promised, it should be fulfilled. If you charge extra for that, then SAY SO, I don't mind paying, but what I mind is getting ripped off and then not having what I supposedly paid for...

So we go in, an hour and a half of nothing but facial massage, and creams, and creams, and more creams... I received so much steam, longer than any other place I have ever been, and the extractions on me were ONLY and ONLY in my nose. She didn't bother to look at my forehead, chin, cheeks, nothing! I only got extractions in my nose... Being that I am so aware of my face, I knew that there was something wrong. My husband on the other hand... No extractions AT ALL. None. Zero...

So when the facial finishes... The lady comes to show me my nose was black-head free... Great... I asked, what about the rest of my face??? She didn't even say a word (language barrier or whatever the case might be) I said no problem, I will speak with the lady in charge... When I found out that my husband didn't receive anything, it completely turned the whole experience south...

So we are at the front desk, paying and I tell the lady in charge... I only received extractions in my nose and my husband no extractions at all... Turned out the lady that was doing BOTH OF OUR FACIALS AT THE SAME TIME "forgot" about his extractions, and that my other "pimples" were not "mature" enough for her to extract (gotta say that there wasn't enough staff to take care of both of us, but only one person to do two facials at the same time) .. What kind of B.S. is that? Excuse my French... So I go and say, I was not provided with the service promised so I would like to have a discount on the price that I am going to pay (which was $85 for his facial and $120 for mine)...

She responded that she would give me a free facial next time I go there... And with no more motivation to complain, because obviously she didn't see how unhappy A POTENTIAL RETURNING CUSTOMER was, I accepted, paid, and left...

By the way, if you are the owner and reading this review, I am NOT going to use your free facial. I will give it away to someone who can benefit HOPEFULLY from the experience...

I do not recommend it. I will never go back again.

This is a rip off, and the services are not even provided, NOT EVEN IF YOU PAY OVER $200 FOR IT.

Avoid yourself aggravations and don't go to...

I was looking for a clean relaxing place to get a Korean body scrub without the need for an admission fee since I didn’t have time for all the saunas, jacuzzis, steam rooms and unwanted socialization. Found Spa Dew on Yelp and was enticed to try it out due to the pleasant pictures. I was completely surprised. First of all, I texted the number yelp recommended for an appointment and received a response extremely fast. Not only was it a quick response but the person texting back knew English very well responding with proper grammar. This hit a soft spot for me. Made my heart smile. Then I pulled up to the spa which had free parking in the back and was assisted as soon as I walked in by a sweet asian lady in a robe. The lady that greeted me was the same lady that serviced me. She was FANTASTIC. The small changing room had secure lockers and the entire spa was relaxing as well as super clean. First she put me in a wet sauna which was fabulous. Worked better than the jacuzzis they make you sit in before the scrub at SoJo when it comes to prepping the skin before the scrub. Then I got scrubbed, hair washed, quick shower to clean off the dead skin and then she sent me to the dry sauna. All of this for only $70 + tip without the need for an admissions free and an overcrowded atmosphere. This is officially my place to go. I was beyond pleased with Spa Dew. I came out cleaner and even more relaxed compared to other crowded spa. Will definitely return and recommend it to anyone...
