Ace Hdw of Fort Lupton

We drove from Thornton to Ft. Lupton to pick up an item that our neighborhood HomeDepot and Ace Coop didn’t have in stock today. Prior to driving here I spoke with a very helpful floor clerk whom reassured me they had plenty of what we needed in stock, I told her we were minutes away and she said no problem. We arrived and 1 can was on the shelf ! I’m glad we didn’t wait because there definitely wasn’t plenty on the shelf. During checkout the cashier Alice was rude and no customer service skills. After walking out of the store , thinking to myself “ I vow not to return here again !” , it occurred to me that i make the choice to spend my money where I choose to. I walked back in to Ace , returned the items and bought them at a store that values customers. I continue to take my business and money to places that value consumers , has customer service and understands that customers have many choices.
