Barista was the only one there and seemed super stressed out when she got back from running the trash outside. She charged me almost twice as much as it normally cost because she couldnt find it in the system. Also there are a lot of cleanliness opportunities here and a bunch of flies in the windows. It definately looks like they could use some better management and better labor allocation. She should not be having to do everything herself. I talked with the customer service guy at the safeway and asked for the number of the person in charge there and he said oh well its just the store manager here and ill just write it down for him. He didnt seem like he cared about any of it so i just left after leaving the "complaint". Ill just look it up online to find out who to talk with more about the cleanliness. Seriously dont go to this one until they can get it cleaned up...
Read moreI just walked up to the counter this morning. It’s 11/12/17 about 9:45am here. The cashier looked at me not greeting me or even smiling, while the other girl working didn’t even turn around. I was the only one in line and there was no wait with only one gentleman at his table already with his coffee and book. The cashier lady still kept talking to her current co-worker, ignoring me and gossiping about another co-worker and how there were dirty dishes and the work area was unclean. I work in customer service and not only is it rude to not greet your customers when they come up to you, but to continue your gossip and discuss how your facility was left unkept and unclean is incredibly inappropriate. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning here again. I also hope no one else has to go through this with these baristas. Not Starbucks quality service....

She kept complaining about irrelevant stuff and downgrading her coworker and the way she was doing things and talking bad about other coworkers that were not there. She did not only make me feel uncomfortable but also her coworker. I am waiting in line all akward and uncomfortable and she doesn't even say good morning just sighs and says "who's next anybody" and I dont know much Starbucks lingo and I just ask for a regular size not the large and she looks at me like I'm stupid and says "you mean the mediummm we don't have a regularrrr" and does a sarcastic half laugh. If I was her manager I would fire her and I hope she is not in any management position because anyone who treats customers and coworkers that way should not be in...
