I've been to a lot of friendly, locally owned coffee shops, but this place truly stands out! For one, they don't just serve high-quality coffee products, but their food menu is exceptional. Not to mention, the friendliness of the staff is unparalleled. For example, they offered to let my staff use their conference room space, and even opened the place up to us on their day off. Then, not only did they serve us great coffee and lunch, they treated us as if we were friends in their own home. For the entire time we were there, they constantly checked up on us, even bringing us freshly made snacks from time to time. We were there for a business meeting, and I can't thank them enough for how special they made my staff feel. I just wanted to treat my staff to coffee and lunch for a long meeting, but Hard Bean's team truly went above and beyond by the way they treated...

You can't see the sign from the road. Drinks are not made properly. If you ask for a mocha (which should be half and half) you will be getting a latte with whole milk because owner doesnt want to pay for half and half. Owner skimps on portions for food. You'll pay $8.55 for a sandwich with the thinnest slice of turkey. Breakfast burritos are tiny, owner doesn't seem motivated about her store, therefore the workers are not motivated and just sit around. Usually because they are never busy. If you decide you want to work here be, don't have any issues in your personal life where you cant make it to work because the owner is the only one allowed to take care of her personal life. Stopped in from out of town as it was closest to an event we were attending. Very unwelcoming customer service. The ladies were rude. My daughter and I stood there for about 10 minutes before I finally asked about her drink that they “didn’t hear her order”. There were no other customers in the place, the two behind the counter completely ignored us while we were just standing there. Never asked if we needed anything or said anything, just left us standing there until I asked. Other than that, the guava passion fruit smoothie was delicious. Strawberry banana was super sweet.
