Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa — Attraction in Fort Mitchell

I was staying in Cincinnati and decided I needed a cut and color STAT. I really hated to just randomly choose a salon but I looked at reviews and that's exactly what I did. There are SO many ways this could've gone wrong but guess what? It didn't! From the moment I walked in the door of the salon I felt welcome. I was offered a beverage and I highly recommend the coffee. I'm picky and it was prepared perfectly. That should give you an idea of the afternoon to detail this salon goes to. It's a salon, they don't have to do coffee well, but they do! All part of the welcoming experience. My stylist sat down with me and discussed exactly what I wanted and offered suggestions, which I need because half the time I really don't know. I'd booked a deluxe thing...and the name escapes me....because I was without kids and wanted a pampering and I really, really felt absolutely spoiled. There were massages and they were heavenly. I am VERY happy with everything, and I'd let you know if I wasn't. The salon is gorgeous, especially the lighting. I mean, you want your stylist to be able to see what they're doing, of course. But lights can be so harsh. Not here. They are perfect and don't wash a person out. Which is the worst! If I lived in the area I'd go here all the time. Book an appt, you will not be disappointed. Also? They offer ten bucks off your next visit with a review but that is really not at all why I wrote this. They did a fantastic job and were so kind and friendly. I live pretty far away so I may not be able to take advantage of the offer (but may make a special trip). I did it because they deserve your business. This salon is an absolute gem! Every detail is impeccably distinguished whether it's the calming and contemporary glamour decor, the amazing and spacious layout, the private rooms for catering women with self- conscious inconveniences like alopecia or even the luxurious hair rinse bowls which offer superior ease and comfort! I was welcomed warmly and offered lovely spiced chai tea and tea biscuits while waiting for my appointment with Kaitlyn and even offered a tour of the salon which was really inviting. Upon meeting Kaitlyn we made our way to the consultation boutique which was the perfect hightop seating surrounded by natural lighting to really capture my hair's appearance and color. We began the coloring process, washing, styling and I couldn't ask for a more better service! Kaitlyn was so professional and sweet and she has such a warm heart! I even noticed while guided to the color processing section a TV was hoisted as well as a round ring for professional looking after-color photos for which I was thoroughly impressed. As I concluded my appointment I met the receptionist with the cutest glasses and cheekiest personality; she dealt with my three times with appointment adjustments so it was nice to hear her say she understood. Every single woman in Zoe Grace is warm and professional and rest assured that they are also provided continuous education with color to experience the very best quality and expertise. Update 2/1/25 I received multiple compliments on my hair after my first visit. I already loved my experience, but It made it even better. I went for my second visit, and it was just as great as the first. Violet really listens to you and makes sure to give you her 100% best. I realized I had left my wallet at home when getting out of the car, she helped to calm me down as I felt so silly showing up without my money. Thankfully, it was easy to sort out, but I was grateful for her understanding. I enjoy chatting. It helps make my long appointments feel super quick. Sometimes, you have a great experience your first visit, only to find the next not so great. Zoe Grace isn't like that and made my second visit just as wonderful as the first. I'm so happy to have found my stylist Violet and to make Zoe Grace my home salon.

Original I had my first visit to Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa yesterday. It was wonderful from start to finish. My stylist was Violet, she is a perfect match for me. She listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, and really made me feel comfortable. I absolutely love my hair. The color turned out amazing. You really feel heard and taken care of here.
