Just signed up recently with my wife. I do strength training with some bodybuilding mixed in 5-6 days a week (deadlifts, heavy bench press, squats ect.) And I have been looking for somewhere to do some hot yoga and hot cardio in a sauna for active recovery days. My wife was also looking for somewhere to get back into working out and doing things such as barre and hot yoga.

We were both very impressed with the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff as well as the 24/7 access and the ease of booking time in their saunas via the app.. definitely a great spot for your active recovery needs and a great spot to get a workout in if you are looking to do hot workouts in a sauna. They also have a selection of free weights in the back (dumbells and kettlebells) if you are looking to get some light weight training before or after your sauna time.

Money grab - they will keep charging your card if you try to cancel.

When I signed up I was told I could cancel after three months with no cancellation fee. I asked specifically because I did not want to be locked into a contract. When I tried to cancel they said I had to pay $100 or pay for 2 more months in order to cancel!

Completely unfair and sneaky business practices in order to keep bringing in money. I called and spoke with staff twice and my card is continuing to be charged. I emailed the manager and after his initial reply of “pay or too bad” we are now going on a week with no additional reply from him.

Disputing charges with my bank now.
