Sutherlands Home and Garden Club — Attraction in Fort Smith

Our experience was wonderful. When we arrived at your store, my family and I, were immediately greeted by Larry. From that moment on we could tell we had came to the right place. We had a few questions about soil for our Japanese maples and other new additions in our garden. Larry answered every one of them for us. Also he saved us a significant amount (70%)by letting us in on the Garden Club membership. In short, Larry and the rest of the store were amazing.We can't wait to get to visit again soon. We love your huge variety of plants in your nursery. We have been all over town checking out what all of Fort Smith and the surrounding area has to offer. You guys are definitely the place to choose. My husband and I went to Southerlands looking for garden flowers and a small child's bench. (Our two little Westie dogs love to lay on our older broken bench). We found THE CUTEST one on the display floor, but with no price. Heather came to help us and she was exceptional!! She went above and beyond. We we able to get it already assembled at no extra charge. Matt also came over to answer questions and he carried the heavy little bench to check out for us. We chatted with Heather the whole way, sharing our furry dog family pics with each other. What a delightful human being she was. She made it a wonderful shopping experience that day!! Best plants around ( at least in this area ). I come over from Memphis frequently and take loads of plants back for friends, neighbors, and my own yard, of course. Sales are regular, and % off can be significant! Nicest staff and definitely attentive as far as making sure the plants are watered and cared for — I’ve never bought anything from Sutherland’s that I was dissatisfied with, I can’t say the same when it comes to “bigger box” stores.
