A nice, mellow experience. While being no regular and unsure of what are temporary exhibitions and what are more museum mainstay galleries, it was all enjoyable to stroll through and give a good study. Some galleries had a theme, a style, a medium, or at the very least, an artist's name to tie them together, while the densely populated gardeschool artists' wing was absolute chaos across any of those categories. There are many talented artists of all ages with their work proudly displayed here, and you should go to see it. Even if you don't have a spare $3000 for the beautiful oil paintings in their gift shop, the ticket fee is a low, low price for any inspiration you may glean from seeing the products of...

Jesus...These exhibitions and art is so beautiful. Everything was neat and everyday I dream of this ever since. Round of applause to the people. They actually have true talent. I am extremely impressed with everything and I really want to come here again. And some...of the paintings represent emotions. I can see clearly through that. I see lots of happy things. When I came in to see the art pieces......my mind blew. This is what I call true talent. These are just art pieces and I'm certainly sure this is only the beginning of many achievements made under this place. For sure this art gallery will thrive to be the best...

My muralist art grandson and I attended the second Thursday open house at the Fort Wayne museum of art. The event had a great attendance, they served tasty treats and drinks were available. And oh! The art! And the glass! I had such a wonderful time and since I no longer live in the city I was unaware of this wonderful opportunity that the folks in Fort Wayne have to go to the museum at no charge once a month and partake of the beauty of these pieces and just decompress a little. At least that's what I did! It was fabulous! And believe me, you'll see a lot of pictures of mine here but there are 10...

Currently the 2 exhibitions are skateboarding and high school art that has been recognized Nationally. I honestly wasn't sure about the skateboarding one, but it was actually pretty neat! And the kids artwork just wow! Such talent! Google said it was busier than normal, but it was not bad at all, the most people in any one area was 4 or 5 (counting my daughter and I) For $7 ea. It's a great way to spend some time with your mature teen! (We also visited the Botanical conservatory just 5 blocks away) then had lunch at the Gas House less than 2 blocks away.

Need a cool place to visit during the heat of the summer? This is IT! Gorgeous venue with lots of great works of art! A place you can visit again and again!!! Friendly and helpful staff with a fun gallery to shop in when you're done. They feature traveling exhibits so things are changing all the time. They have a great kid's section where children can make art and explore. It's definitely worth the small fee to enjoy the art... Did I mention they have 4 works by Chihuly??? It's worth going just for that!!!💥
