My fiancé and I were looking for wedding rings for me and in the course of doing so, we began looking for a different ring for her. I had gotten her a ring from Tiffany’s in Indianapolis, which she liked, but wasn’t in love with. So, we began our pursuit for a new ring for her. We looked everywhere - from Shane Co. to Reis-Nichols, to Jared and all the ones in between. Then we met Rich. I was so glad we met him last because there was no comparison on his service. Upon meeting him, he took my fiancé’s hands and studied them. He looked at her other jewelry she was wearing to understand what she liked. He then arranged to bring in some pieces for us to look at two days later. In the meantime, we continued shopping around. By happen chance, my fiancé found the perfect ring that she just loved. It was a vintage piece from before the 1940’s at another jeweler. However, the size was not adjustable and the center stone was an older stone that didn’t sparkle as much. When we returned to meet with Rich we told him about the ring we found that she liked. He asked if we had any photos of it and we did. He said he could replicate it and make any changes we might want. We decided to explore this option. My fiancé returned home to Canada the following day and two days later I went back to meet with him. We went over the CAD drawing his guy created from photos of the vintage ring we liked, and then Rick allowed me to make a few personal touches to the ring. This was on a Wednesday. I was heading out of town for a work trip and then from there back to Canada before leaving one day later to Hawaii for our wedding. Rich was able to go from the photos we took of the first ring - then to a CAD drawing - and then to production and back to his store within 8 days. Since I was already gone I had my parents pick up the ring the following week. When I arrived in Hawaii and met my parents, my mother gave me the ring and I was blown away at how gorgeous it was! It was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. And, more importantly my fiancé, who was not expecting me to have it in time for our wedding, was just completely blown way. She cried when she saw it and it was the perfect touch to an amazing day. Grateful to Rich for all he did for us and in such a short period of time. ...

Cannot recommend using Sydney enough. When we first started looking at engagement rings we were mostly browsing big online retailers. We were drawn to the cheap prices but worried about quality. When we sat down with Sydney, she was able to take the initial idea I liked and talked my fiancé and I through all the different customizations we could make to create my dream ring. She sourced options for me to choose from for both my center stone and side stones, and the finished product was even more than I could have hoped for. In the end she created a ring more beautiful, unique, and high quality than any online retailer for a totally comparable price.

We also found the process of working with Sydney extremely personal and enjoyable. My partner could be confident that he was spending his money on something I would love, and I still got to enjoy the element of surprise in seeing the finished product all put together when he proposed. I went into see Rich today to get some jewelry appraised and he and his daughter were just lovely!

It was my first time in there, and WOW! Do they have a way of making you feel completely at home. It’s a beautiful design studio of course, but anyone who knows Rich knows that anything that comes from him is just wonderful!!

Rich did my appraisal quickly and efficiently. With great knowledge behind him I had no questions or concerns. Well, that and the fact that I prayed and asked God to send me somewhere I could trust. The first person that came to my heart was Rich Pacula. I must say they really brightened my whole day!

Knowing that we have such great people in our little town truly makes my heart smile. He could be anywhere in the world but he chose to stay here in Fort Wayne, Indiana and make a difference in his own home town.
