The service was great. Our waitress was doing her thing in that very crowded place. I recommend not going on a Saturday night because there was barely any room to breathe lol. We dined here last night night (12/18/2021) I ordered calamari for an appetizer and may I say it was the absolute best calamari I've ever eaten! The drinks were very strong and tasted amazing so good job to the bar! I'd it were an apps and drinks place I'd come back. Unfortunately the drinks, the calamari, and the waitress were the ONLY things worth my bill at the end of the night. My salad was so dry and the thick bulky pieces of lettuce were just not sitting well with me. The nuts on my salad were raw which I don't mind but I don't think they've even tried the salad to be able to understand that the salads ingredients did not go together at all. I ordered the "Chef's special" which I should have just went with my gut and ordered steak. The special was surf and turf and let me tell you the food was so cold and tough the candle was literally the ONLY hot part of my plate. I am so disappointed 😞 . This was our first time here and we desperately wanted it to be a decent experience so we could return. We will never come back unless they are having drink specials. The pianist and cello player did sing happy birthday for us but this pla e is just waaaay to over priced to be handing out seafood from the microwave. I definitely will be sharing this experience with everyone I know so that they don't waste their time or money. Our table was about 10 people. No one ate the food. We ALL had a bit of something that we were able to enjoy to make the night go smoothly. I wanted to send the whole plate back to the kitchen and swing to Zianos! The last thing I will say about the experience here is that we got to the restaurant at about 7:45 (fashionably late lol) we didn't get our bill until around 10:30. That's how long everything took. I'm just in shock because if you took your time to prepare everything why was it cold and why did it take 2 hours? This place is a joke with nice atmosphere and great drinks!

Two months before my wedding, our original venue/caterer went out of business due to the pandemic. We were devastated and had NO idea what we were going to do. On a total whim, we decided to give Club Soda a call and we are so grateful we did. First of all, Noelle was extremely flexible, accommodating, and helpful. Trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic had our nerves more than frazzled, but Noelle and the Club Soda staff made us immediately feel like we were totally taken care of. We held our ceremony and reception in their Four Seasons room with access to the patio, which our guests absolutely loved. The food they prepared was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Seriously. So so so good. I am still hearing praises from our guests about how delicious the food was at our wedding a month later. (*Highly* recommend the smoked gouda dip, the filet, or the stuffed chicken) The space itself has the perfect downtown classy vibe I had always envisioned. It needed little in terms of extra decor on it's own, but Noelle made it somehow look even more dreamy and gorgeous for our reception. I cannot even say enough about the staff. Not only were they incredible with our guests, but they were so attentive to my husband and I. Weddings are always so chaotic, but the servers always kept an eye on my husband and I to made sure our drinks were always filled. They even plated and set aside some of the appetizers for us while we were out getting photos taken, which we were SO grateful for after a crazy busy day. For anyone looking for an evening with excellent food, atmosphere, and service, I cannot recommend Club Soda enough. They made our wedding day absolutely legendary.

My wife and I recently got married at Club Soda. The entire experience was amazing! The manager, Noelle, went above and beyond - helping us plan every detail and putting us at ease. The night of the wedding was incredible. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. I was blown away by the level of service. The food WAS SO DELICIOUS!! We had stuffed chicken and filet mignon as our main dishes, along with a slew of appetizers, and salad. All of it was so good. The atmosphere was great! We had done much of the decorating ourselves; which Noelle was great about working with us on that as well. Beyond that, the ambiance in the restaurant was already very nice: relaxed, classy, live music being played by some great local musicians. We will be coming back for our anniversaries to remember the wonderful evening! Thanks again Noelle, and all the staff at Club Soda!

This is for the Club Soda Catering. VERY UPSET! When we went to the tasting everything was lovely and we were so excited to use them! The day of the wedding, i didn't recognize any of the food, they didn't make signs to let the guests know what anything was, the staff was no where to be seen, the line was a nightmare, and the food was piled up so high they only had to refill once (since i suspect they were too busy smoking and drinking). The buffet line was a disaster due to the table chosen at the last minute by A Party Apart, but Club Soda staff did NOTHING to help solve the problem, instead they stacked 3 piles of plates around so guests took more than one plate, and were very confused about where to start the line. I had bride brain and didn't think to ask CLub Soda to help direct traffic and hand out plates! The bar tenders were great and we never had a line there. More bad things though- they opened half of our Mumm Rose champagne way too early, and by the time we got there it was flat. We were not doing a champagne toast so i felt like this was a mistake. We were also charged for 20 bottles of awful wine (i do not believe this much was drank) and 10 bottles of call liquor which i feel is an over estimate (or not since the staff was drinking mixed drinks). Here is the kicker- they sent $900 of champagne home with my in-laws and didn't tell us! We went insane when we saw our final bill. They tried to tell me that my mom sent them an email saying we wanted to take the extra champagne home, i don't believe it since they charged $38 for a $16 (with case discount) bottle. Furthermore, the fact that this much merchandise was sent home willy-nilly, we want to know what else was just tossed out the door at the end of the night? Club Soda did credit us for the 2 unopened cases of champagne but hardly apologized for anything else. When the manager asked who saw their staff drinking, i named some people (besides myself and countless guests) who work at other places in town. The manager told me that the people denied having seen this- i informed her that when the vendors let me know what was going on in the kitchen, they asked me not to tell since they have to work with Club Soda a lot. Bottom line, they are bullies and lazy. People liked the food, but it wasn't nearly as good as at...

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good

My friends and I meet at Club Soda every couple of months. I've had a variety of dishes. Nothing has ever been outstanding. Just pretty good. So, for the prices, I'll probably just stick with appetizers and alcohol from now on. This review is only for the most recent visit. I started with the gouda dip. It's always really good. Next came the caesar salad that comes with the meal. It's ok. Not something I would specifically come here for. My main dish was the lobster tail. I just found out last year that I'm no longer allergic to shellfish. So, I'm trying dishes that I was never able to try before I became allergic in my late teens. This was my first time eating lobster. Frankly, I was unimpressed. The lobster, overall, tasted metallic. It was sweet, but the metallic flavor was unpleasant. I was told that's not normal. There were spices on the top of the meat, but nothing to add to the flavor. A little lemon juice & soaking in butter helped, but not totally. One of my friends who loves lobster took a couple bites and agreed that this was not a good tasting lobster tail. Sure, it's Fort Wayne, so this is frozen lobster. But, for sure not worth the price they charge. It's a rip-off! The baked potato was ok. My beer was a microbrew that was super tasty. So, very pleased with the beer. Next time my friends want to come here, I'll still come. Some of the other appetizers are really good and the alcohol is always good. But, the main dishes are not worth the bloated prices. Oh, and the live music was so loud that we were yelling to have conversation with each other. Come on, Club Soda! This isn't a crazy nightclub. And not to forget, our server...
