Nice store, decent setup but the one I guess we’ll say complaint that I have is lack of consistency. Most of the workers unfortunately don’t seem very knowledgeable on the product they have and what they may be getting in for something. I asked once if they were getting a certain product in and the response was “we ordered it but we don’t know if we’ll be getting any”. One, that sentence doesn’t make any sense, Two, I went into the store like a day later and found the product on the wall.
I also had called one time about if they had a product or had gotten a product. At one point you could hear the kid on the phone talking to someone else who went “oh this right here?” and then proceeded to come back on the phone like I hadn’t heard their “secret” conversation. Told me they had sold out. Once again I stopped in the store 5 minutes later and guess what was on the floor...you guessed it, the product they said they had none of.
There’s not much effort made to look up products or check inventory to see if they have something. A lot of kids working there who don’t seem to have much knowledge on a lot of the product they sell or knowledge on looking up stuff or anything for that matter really. It’s unfortunate because the place has potential if they just took the time to care and be more on top of having answers for people and looking stuff up. All the guy on the phone had to do was say “yeah we got this product in but I’m pretty sure it’s sold out but lemme take TEN SECONDS to walk over to where it would be to see if by any chance we’ve got one left”.
Instead he was acting oblivious on the phone and then when I called them out in store about it that they said they didn’t have it yet here it was in my hands to buy they acted oblivious. I have stuff preordered here but am contemplating going to the game focused store and preordering the product there instead. Hopefully this inspires them to step up their customer service a...

Read moreListen, I've been to multiple comic shops in the tri-state area and have always been treated amazing. First off the store is nice. Great selection of figures books etc. So we are doing well at the start but, that quickly turned when I asked for certain items. I asked for several boxes and boards that I couldn't find and the owner guy treated me like I was a inconvenience. He huffed and puffed and gave me attitude when I couldn't find a certain size box I needed. The box I needed happened to not be with the other boxes but on the other side of a pillar I couldn't see. I have been here 4 times in total and this guy is like this EVERYTIME. You would think as a business you would treat questions customers have with a smile and be helpful but not this guy. I avoid him when at all possible but this last time I couldn't. I have wanted to get on to purchase books when they come out but this guy acted like it was a major hassle so I said forget it. I will just drive farther for my...
