UPDATE: Spencer M. told me to email them the review to continue the conversation which I assume would mean a coupon or other action but sadly they never answered the email so this message below my review is a lie to make Spencer look like a responsible business owner.
I was there 12/26/23 around closing since we were the last customers before locking up. The line was long but we thought, it’s ice cream it can’t take that long. It took a longggg time to get to the counter. Not a big deal, but why did it take so long?
The two employees were taking scoops of ice cream and trying to put on a show by throwing customers ice cream across the room into the cups. It created many unsanitary situations where they dropped the scoops or touched dirty surfaces like the ceiling with scoops while doing a trick and only dipped them in the water to “sanitize” them. They also wasted roughly $40 worth of ice cream from missing the throws across the entire lobby with every customers order.

Read moreI came in two weeks ago on a weekend. Two males were attending. I proceeded to ask for an “I like it” strawberry ice cream and strawberries mixed in. The male with facial hair “mixed” my request but I received half the portion I usually get. I was so shocked how little the portion was for 4.50$!! As I proceeded to leave the store I could hear the two males speaking Spanish about my body. It made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I wanted to give it another try and not let one event judge the service and experience. I walked in today and again the male with facial hair was attending with another girl. I looked at the servings of the people in front of me and it was ridiculous! The servings were so small I had second hand embarrassment and had to walk out. I’m not sure when this change was in effect, all the pictures on the wall are misleading then. I wish I could of taken pictures. I also think it’s unhygienic how the male did not wear any protective gear for his facial or was wearing a mask! The girl had headphones on while working. This service is horrible compared to the one I had a month ago. I hope there are some changes implemented. In the meantime I will have to seek...

Just before 8pm, I arrived at Cold Stone with my 2 children who were incredibly excited about our visit and looking forward to their icecream. The line was long, but they were so excited they wanted to wait. At 810pm, when more customers walked in, one of the girls yelled that they would be closing in 20 minutes. We were half way through the line, so we didn't worry. After a 40 minute wait in line, we were FINALLY the next to be helped. At 8:30pm, the girl yelled that they were now helping their last group. We had waited 40 minutes. We were next. We were told to leave, 30 minutes prior to the store closing! The website says the site closes at 9pm. The sign says the same. The doors were unlocked and there was no closed sign or note. Yet they were helping their last customer. Waiting 40 minutes in line and then being told to leave 30 minutes before closing is quite rediculous and completely...
