Well...Park Staff was Very Unusual Today 🤔 I had a group of Prom Goers from Waxahachie that asked me to take them here. Little was I aware that They weren't supposed to use the West Entry. The open and unlocked 🔓 and unmanaged opening Clearly Posted "West Entrance". Not to mention, This is The Entrance where I have taken Other Visitors 🤔, on Previous Visits. The Google Map directed me here as well. Nonetheless, one of The ladies on the Patrolling Cart "had words" causing my Passengers to openly express their feelings and treatment. I tried to explain that my Passengers came from Waxahachie and This is always The Entrance that I come. The lady repeatedly said "Security is On the way. Talk to them". I tried to explain that I wasn't aware that my Passengers and I were in violation. I even went as far as trying to get This Staff Member to explain what I need to do The Next Time a Passengers suggests visiting the garden. She told me to go on the website and look the garden closes @ 6pm and Use The Front Gate and pay $30 per person before 5pm🙃 No matter how I tried to explain that This was a last minute request and I didn't know, The Staff Member clearly Didn't Care. So happened that while my Passengers were in the garden, One of them misplaced their camera 📷 bag. I pleaded with her to let him go back in to where the Kids were to look for the bag. I am glad that she allowed [2] Passengers to go look. Eventhough They didn't discover the item, Thank You. I apologize for my ignorance and assumptions. I just think that This could have been handled differently and with more care. By the way, Security...
Read moreI have to say that I am very disappointed with the staff and the overall management of the garden, we had confirmed over a call that we are going to do a gender reveal and that we only had to buy the tickets in addition to the photographer’s pass of 30$, when we actually reached there we were carrying our cake and flowers, the receptionist did not stop us, after purchasing the tickets and heading inside we were stopped by a few of their staff members that we can’t hold do the gender reveal inside unless we book an event with her for 880$, although the receptionist didn’t state anything to us and we had confirmed over a call with them that there were no other costs, and neither did it state on their website, while having a normal conversation with them, the event manager called Aron threatened us that they will call security if we don’t leave, the overall body and vocal language of the event supervisor and the event manager highlighted a distinct taste of clear racism and detest, with the continuous threats of having security being called on us, we left with a very bad impression, with my wife being 25 weeks pregnant, the management handling of the situation and threats left her under a lot of stress and anxiety, although the pictures dictate a beautiful place, the management I would say does not...
