Finally Found a Nail Artist Who Won’t Cut Me Until I Bleed!!

I took my daughter here to get her nails done today and the first bad sign was that they were more than 30 minutes late opening, however we understand emergencies and my daughter had seen some of their work online so we decided to wait. Plus it was local to our home area. My daughter was the second person in around 10:45-11am and they didn’t finish until 1:45pm. There was suppose to be a new client discount, she didn’t receive. Then the amount of time and multiple people it took to complete her nails was the other tell tell sign of the type of service she would receive. The nails are not even, the design she wanted came out uneven due to the nails being uneven and instead of them correctly doing the job they proceeded with the design and completion of her nails that are inconsistent with length and width. Her pedicure has signs of cuticle damage where she cut or dug to deep on my daughter’s foot. On her right foot you can clearly see the dried blood which is not okay. They felt the need to laugh about the situation and make fun of it until they seen my face and they were foolish enough to think I had no clue what they were saying however we understood and my daughter and I still paid the 115$. After I became sarcastic about the length of time it was taking, and the discount we did not get, the young lady tried to give us a voucher for her next service. However, unfortunately due to the experience we won’t be back so I politely declined the voucher and told her to accept it as her tip. Please see below the nails that are uneven and not worth 115$ it looks like I glued press on nails on her. I think the value of customers and the value of service needs improvement. I feel that due to the complacency of under valuing customers they will steady rely on the regulars who probably just won’t tell the truth of the service their receiving. We even listen to them tell a customer who had requested a certain nail tech that she was unavailable due to incoming appointment, however after the stated 20min. No other customers showed up. I would not recommend or come back for my daughter’s service.

One of the guys performing my pedicure ripped the false nail off off despite of me asking for the nail to be soaked off and not ripped off since that’s damaging to the nail anyway. He ripped the false nail off using another nail tip and then I see blood collecting in my nail bed. I’m asking him To stop because he was hurting me and let alone him seeing me squirming should’ve been enough for him to stop. Literally hurts to hurt walk from the pain. I shouldn’t have had to pay for the pedicure considering the nail damage and pain from the guy who performed my pedicure. After getting home and looking at my toenail he lifted my natural toenail from the nail bed. Now half of my toe nail is mobile. Furthermore, after the guy tried to clean up the blood from my toe not using any gloves he went on to the next customer without washing his hands after touching my bloody toe which is a health hazard. This is what I get for trying to give this nail salon a second chance. First occurrence, I arrived at 11:48a to get a full set. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Then I’m offered a pedicure while I get my nails done so I accepted. However, my nails weren’t worked on until after 2:00p making me late to another appt. So I got a rush job on my nails which my nails were crooked and had other issues. Then I was blamed for why he was barely working on my nails when in all actuality I wanted to change nail designs because nail tech wanted to choose his own colors which I wasn’t happy with. Also he was trying to rip my false nails off, which again, it’s damaging to the nails. So I asked him not to do that because it was painful. Don’t get me wrong I appreciate the good customer service despite the shortcomings. However, I made a huge mistake returning. I’ve been done a great disservice. *update I did go back to the nail shop to get my money back. The guy was real short with me and seemingly had an attitude as if I ripped his toenail off. Didn’t want to talk with me directly or give me eye contact. Very weaselly and indirect.

✨Long post ✨ I've came here for the first time two weeks ago today, Ryan did my nails and they came out so cute. However within a couple of days, my nail on my pinky popped off with no excess force,( climbing onto bed and grabbing the covers) I called and Ryan redid that nail for me for free which was very nice. However within the same week and the following week, two more nails had popped off, again with no excess force ( changing my sons diaper, etc ) So that was three nails that had popped off not even two weeks from the time that I had gotten them done. I also had noticed that on some nails began to separate on the surface. It was very frustrating, this was the first salon that I have ever gone to where not 1,2 but 3 nails just pop off. I called again to get them removed, however Ryan had offered to do them for free and even if he was busy he would do me next and so I went yesterday right after Work, because I was not happy with the work that he had provided, I got there earlier than expected, however he kept doing everybody else's nails who came in after me first, I got there at approximately 4:30 PM and I did not leave till 7:40pm I had patiently waited for him, and he did not even do my nails, I was sent to someone else, the whole agreement was that I was supposed to get a free set because I was not satisfied with the work that Ryan had provided and having three nails pop off, yes they look nice but when they don't last, it defeats the purpose. when I came here I expected good quality nails and I did not receive that, the lady charged me $55 when I first only went back to that place to give Ryan a second chance because I do like his work however I should have not paid for the set because the nails that he had done on me did not last even two weeks and kept coming off, I had to go to Walmart to buy glue to glue them back on. I feel like I just got finessed again $55. this will be the last time unfortunately that I will be coming here. So come here if you want quick nails, that won't even last you two weeks. it's quality over quantity. yes it's fast, but it is fast nails, you get what you...

Helen & Nini have been my Nail Techs! Helen was on her game, moving here and there and everywhere to help and accommodate customers as they walked in (while) WORKING on my nail set. Great Job Helen, don't be afraid to ask for Help from your other Associates to make the place better in Customer Service and to split up and share the work load. You shouldn't have to overload yourself if others are there helping 1 client themselves while you are too.

The Skill the younger Nail Techs have here is the best in Fort Worth I beleive, the shop isn't the best looking or top scale and customer service could use some work but maybe that's because they seem a little short staff and are stretched thin. Look at the Photos of their nail art and see for yourself, the techs cater to a wide variety of styles it seems and I like that. They have skill here and pay attention to the detail in the nail art and nail shape I ask for and I definitely appreciate that. One detail ive noticed they could work on is the Aftercare, such as not leaving the fingers and hands dry after nail polosh remover soak or just in general. They just apply a oil around the cuticles but everywhere else on the finger is left dry or with residue from the product used. All I can say is bring your own hand Lotion and Cuticle condition for afterwards if this is a must for you otherwise you're everything around the nail looks dry and crusty from the residue left behind. They have refreshments such as water or soda and alcoholic beverages but don't seem to offer, unless you ask is what I've noticed. The cleanliness of the area they perform the Manicure service is questionable as well, meaning there is always Dust where my arms or hands lay and the last 2 times I was there, there wasn't any towel or cushion for me to rest my forearm or hand on while the tech did my nails. I prefer not to feel all the dust and have a towel so I suggest asking if you prefer this. I rated a 4/5 for those reasons. I like this place alot but it could be better with customer service and with aftercare. Thank you Techs for the Nail Art! 💅 I have loved each nail set I've...
