So I have to start off with saying, you have to order at the counter and they'll bring your food to you. I didn't know this, so we grabbed menus and found a table to sit at. The staff was so nice, they didn't bother us about sitting down first while we viewed the menu, and waited for the rest of our part to arrive. I can say we were sitting for a good 30 minutes for the rest of our party. It's really a nice place to hang out with friends and family.
We chose to eat outside, where the views are amazing. There were lots of seagulls, but they really didn't hop on our table. That was my concern before eating.
The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered the Greek salad with chicken. It was so fresh and so delicious! The dressing was perfectly set on the salad. We ordered ravioli for the baby. He absolutely loved it. You can choose between me and cheese ravioli. We chose cheese ravioli. My son ordered the salmon and he said it was fresh and extra delicious. My husband had the restaurant choose for him and he had the beed and lamb shawarma plate. He LOVED it!
They also have hooka you can order well at your table. I don't really know anything about that, but three different tables had it and it looked like they were...
Read moreI love this complex ... but dislike their choice of the real estate "professional" they've decided to employ.
Radio shack closed as we all know ... so I wanted to find out if the space will be available for an education related business idea. I called Mr. Jim Fletcher, the agent whose number is on the windows. I introduced myself and started mentioning the education part. Immediately he cut me short and said that he'll save me time and that place is not available for education as the complex already has 4 other education related businesses. (Ok so far).
Then he made a comment that I couldn't believe coming from a real estate professional in our community. He said "What is with you Asians all piling on to the same complex and taking business away from each other?" - and he wasn't joking. The whole conversation was rude from beginning to end - from his side. I never looked at it as "Asians" opening businesses there - especially in our area where people come of every ethnicity and nationality you can imagine. In Mr. Fletcher's ignorant view, all "Asians" are the same ... regardless of where...
Read moreThis is a beautiful idyllic place by the canal side which reminds you of riverside towns in Europe. The water in the canal is crystal clear, the houses located on the edge of the canals are beautifully built, ducks and other aquatic birds swim by and during the day one can see many racing rowboats, single seater double seaters, 5/8 seaters with young men and women practicing the art of rowing. The whole scene is so idyllic and scenic and one can spend hours admiring the beauty. We waited for the sunset and the colors on the water was a spectacular sight to behold. There is a Mediterranean restaurant on the canal side that makes for a very nice place to spend a good time. I must add that this place is a hidden beauty and not to be missed if you are in the Bay Area! Ample parking and rest rooms are available nearby which adds to...
