Club Pilates — Attraction in Four Corners States

Went for the intro class and then signed up for a class on Sunday and was considering joining. I was told I could buy a membership or pay per class. If you didn’t attend your classes per month you were still billed. I understand that. I have arthritis in my foot that was hurting after the intro class so I wanted to do a full class to see how my foot held up before joining. When I arrived for the class and went to pay cash I was told they don’t take cash and it says it in the door. It really doesn’t make it clear on the door , nor anywhere else in the place. I didn’t have my card on me and was told it could be paid online so I called my husband who tried to pay online. It said the class was booked and wouldn’t let him pay. The girl at the counter was dealing with other people and when I told her it said it was booked and asked if I should pay for the 10? She again wasn’t very clear and the class had started. She again was dealing with a someone who wanted a spot in the class I was missing. She said she would try and cancel my booking and then I could book it. My husband is on the phone waiting for directions. I pointed out the class has already started and she was kinda rude and what did I want to do? I said I was leaving and did. At the time of my intro class it was never stated they don’t take cash but I could pay as I go if I preferred. Seriously not a good vibe and won’t be joining. Terrible...

I’m not usually a person who enjoys going to the gym, but I love my Club Pilates classes. Every class is different and challenging. The instructors are great! The front desk people are friendly, and they go out of their way to learn your name and make you feel comfortable. After just three months, I feel much stronger and have increased flexibility. The culture is welcoming and that includes staff, instructors and other people...

From the moment of walking into the studio and being greeted by the front desk receptionist, one feels so taken care of. Instructors are well prepared and have a new lesson at each visit customized to the client abilities and needs. Love my experience here.
