Update for dinner dine-in on 21 Jan 2024: as always, delicious food and fantastic service! We tried new dishes as well as a dessert (see my new photos) and appreciated the attentiveness of their new wonderful server!
Update for 19 Oct 2023: my takeaway order was perfection from start to finish! Greyson is the best, as usual, and my food was nothing short of scrumptious. I am never disappointed here!
P.S.: 10% off your order total if you pay with cash!
6 Sept 2023: We had an early dinner here yesterday and I realized I never said before how great the young man is whom waits on tables. I've experienced worse service with people twice his age; he really knows how to be a phenomenal server! He was our server this visit and, as always, he is one of the best things about this restaurant!
P.S.: The Japanese fried rice with chicken is DELICIOUS.
9 Aug 2023: Our most recent visit was around 5:30PM on 6 Aug; it was our second visit within a two-week timeframe.
First, I'd like to address some more than likely false comments. I've seen a few reviews with some absurd remarks about food quality, food poisoning, etc... and all I can say is, take those reviews with a grain of salt. There is a reason this place is open almost daily and was fairly busy our last two visits - and it's NOT because they serve bad food (they don't). Keep that in mind.
That said, the food here is consistently fresh, made well, and delicious. We wouldn't be repeat customers if it wasn't! See the photos from our most recent visit; for appetizers, we ordered the chicken dumplings (third time in a row) and the vegetable tempura (first time) - both are so good! For our main dishes, I chose the cashew stir fry with chicken, which came with a side of sticky rice, and he ordered the spider roll (no before photo, sorry). This was the first time I'd ordered something different from my usual main dish, which is the teriyaki chicken bowl (extra chicken, extra teriyaki sauce), and now I have a new favorite, as the cashew dish was phenomenal!
Our booth seats lacked sufficient cushioning, so it was a fairly uncomfortable visit... but the service, as always, was fantastic, and they kept the restaurant clean - also as always!
We WILL be back, obviously.
Original review: My boyfriend and I have been to this restaurant multiple times, for both dine-in and carry-out.
Our first time here was to dine-in, and we were pleased with the visit... aside from the young lady whom waited on us. She must have been new, which is not an issue, but she acted strangely in a couple of ways - one of which being how much she stared at me whether or not she was at our table. As for the food, the presentation was beautiful, it was all fresh and delicious, and it was very filling. They have so many menu options, it's almost impossible to make a choice!
We've ordered carry-out since that visit, simply for convenience, and the food was just as good. We highly recommend...
Read moreFood: 5 Star Prices: 3-4 stars depending on what you order Service: 1-2 stars This is my typical go to when it comes to sushi. Have had service issues a couple of times that makes it tough to get consistency with the service. From a food and value perspective, their sushi rolls are awesome! Great price for a ton of food. Highly recommend trying any of their specialty rolls. The biggest complaints with the service is no matter how busy they are it takes a long time to get greeted and seated. The last time none of the tables were clean. There were no more than 8 people eating in the restaurant and after waiting over 5+ minutes to be acknowledged the server asked us to pick a table. We picked one and asked if we could either get a rag or if they can clean the table. The young lady asked us why we needed to get the table cleaned and when we asked her for a rag to help she rolled her eyes, scoffed, and threw down the menus on the table. My wife and I decided to leave. Surprisingly there was no contest, nobody asked why, or even seemed to care. Even though this was the worst experience we encountered in 20+ visits (giving credit that people have bad days including me), it is common to not be welcomed for 3-5 minutes even with staff idly standing around. We would visit 3+ times a month and 2 out of the 3 times would find us just waiting. I am not super picky or difficult, just with all of the competition in the area we found other places to be more inviting and service orientated. Aside from the service issues,...

First-things-first. Our Greeter/Hostess/Manager/Server, "Hannah" was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! She wore every single one of those 'hats' during our visit, and did it with unbelievable patience and professionalism.
NO WAY would I choose to be waiter/waitress for four or five tables of diners at one time, 'greet & seat' arriving customers, answer telephones, handle cash register duties AND SMILE WHILE DOING IT?!😯😖 Heyy.."Talk to the HAND"!✋
My Pad Thai Chicken was just as I'd read in other Customer Reviews. Awesome tasting AND delicious looking! Egg Rolls were small, but they packed big flavor! We had to ask for napkins when our meal was brought out, but with all those responsibilities heaped on one lone-server, I was almost willing to just use my shirt sleeve so that "Hannah" wouldn't have THAT one-more-thing to do.😇
Very enjoyable visit. No fancy bells & whistles, here. Humble and sincere customer service, done right! Thanks to the chef(s) for our deliciously prepared meals, too!
Hey, "Hannah", words (like your name) spelled the same forward AND backward are called PALINDROMES, by the way! D'you remember mentioning THAT when I asked your name b4 I left?😉
