I was super excited when Sprouts opened in Rio Rancho and have been satisfied until today! I was disappointed to find out that the white staff and security guard racially profiled my partner and followed him around the store today. It appears the staff needs cultural competency training. This area is predominantly occupied by Hispanic and Native American people and no, we do no all steal as we are also educated and can also afford groceries at Sprouts just like the white people living in Rio Rancho.

Sprouts really should be ashamed of themselves representing this company. Whole Foods, no matter what. Funny how the management only responds to the few good comments and none of the several bad ones. That should tell you...
