I arrive and the menu board was nøt working,,, thankfully, I took a picture last week and the person reset and reboot the menu board ....I thought it was great until I brought the food home. I ordered a Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger and a Hangover Smash Burger.... I came home with 2 hangover smash burgers on toast..... I call the Stacked Burger in The Block in Enchanted Hills, The person that answered transferred to the shift leader who was not competent in her job.... she wouldn't let me finish talking and she said that her screen saying that I ordered 2 hangover smash burgers. She is not very customer service oriented. She is ready to quit. She will not refund me, but I have the proof on my receipt. I hope a manager reaches out to me. I help customers everyday. All I want is a credit and want to try the onion burger that we paid for.., Having. a person at your company argue with the customer and is not fit for the job and should be spoken to and maybe re-evaluated. I have my receipt and I want a refund or creidt... Talling the custoer they are wrong whether or wrong or not... I want a mangaer to handle this furrther or I wil take the next level...social media, internet or next door.... Copy of receipt available...

The other day, at about 2pm, I went to make an order, and 3 Guys said “sorry, our grill is down right now,” and I said, “oh I only wanted a shake,” to which they responded “they could do that”; however, when I went to pay with hard earned, American green cash, they refused payment, stating they could only take cards! Wow! Then, make last night I had a friend stop by Their new establishment in Rio Rancho to try and get me another shake, and again we could not a shake! This time, she was told they stop making shakes at certain times (they only have but a few items on the menu to begin with) and it was still open open for a few hours yet. Wow yet again!
All I can say is, I pass on this place and wouldn’t recommend it, it’s not worth the wait, and who doesn’t take cash? I hope their lack business acumen and Customer Service was worth...
Read moreI didn't want to give too bad a review because the food was good but I didn't get to enjoy it fresh due to the fact that I was a amile out when I realized they did not give my drink. I was then told my son they did not have the zuberfizz rootbeer I was charged @3.25 for online and I had to get down because I sent my son and he came back with no drink again and they told me if I wanted a fountain drink and I said my son can choose one but it was a small fountain drink, and I was charged extra for the root beer. I understand mistakes happen but I did not feel like they tried to make it right, knowing I had wasted so nuch time(cold food) and was charged extra for no reason. I will say the food was good but I will most likely get my food elsewhere. I do appreciate the cooks, food would have been great...
