Staff- Always helpful Appearance- neat n tidy. Selection- same as similar shops in the area. Location- Nearby. Price n Quality- comparable to similar shops. The only issue is being greeted by the same feeling less robotic greeting time and time again. if you were the owner and you knew you put all this money into the inventory and someone came into your store to purchase something that you also purchased to sell to them, you would be ecstatic to see those customers. I mean think about,you're there to work and every customer that comes in is paying for your toilet paper you're drinking water your heat your electricity your entire life and all you have to say is welcome to Ross as if you just lost a family member. I'd rather be ignored then served a half dead feelingless scripted regurgitant. Put yourself into your awareness and remember why you are there. You are meeting a building block basic need of living beings. You provide clothing and that is protection from the elements. So therefore you actually protect people. Should be more like... HELLO, WELCOME to ROSS where we've literally got your back on cost. JK about the "on cost" part, but serious on the rest. Just be honest, ur the people's first line of defense against nature's harshness. I've been going to Ross since I was a kid and now I'm over 40 and I still wish to shop there. Oh my goodness oh how I LOVE Ross!!! BUT Customer service is gone nowadays!!! I stopped by this morning at 9:30 because Ross opens at 9:30.... I was waiting for a fitting room in bernalillo they only have 2 but whatever .... While I was waiting there were two employees up in the front one younger guy and an older lady I couldn't help but hear the lady talking about how this mess has already started at 9:30 it's going to be another awful long day blah blah blah.... Lady its your JOB!!! You get paid to open the store at 930!!! It's back to school expect to be busy!!! I would hate to work with your energy draining!!! If you ain't got nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all!! come to find out it was the manager!!!!SMH do you have a break room...

Did I finally find a Ross store that is actually organized and actively deters theft?! Yes, I did! I saw the loss prevention team (1 male, 1 female) chase out 2 shoplifters, respond within seconds to an active alarm being activated upon tampering, and make 3 full loops around the store within a 30-minute period. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but shoplifting has become a huge issue and everyone suffers because of it. Prices go up, there is less inventory, and there is chaos within the store-it seems everything becomes more disorganized and the employees are more on edge. This shopping trip I scored some AMAZING finds and I will definitely be coming back to go treasure...
