My least favorite boba place in NM. Way too sweet, not enough caffeine free options and your boba is never soft & chewy, it's mushy & crunchy...yuck. and your disposable cups * lids are heavy duty plastic...not good for the environment, Sea Turtles or any of our animal friends.

REPLY- YES, I have been in this store twice and did not enjoy the drinks or crunchy boba. I spoke with the owner asking about caffeine free options and the suggestions given were too sweet & crunchy boba is just No...both times I got crunchy boba...gross. BTC let's me bring my reusable Boba glasses in. And the plastic they use is bad, but it's far thinner than your cups and there is no massive clunky plastic complicated lid.

I'm physically challenged thanks to an entitled NM drunk driver. Yes, you gave me wintermelon on a spoon and I said no to that option and went with something similar to what I enjoy from Boba Tea Co and it was watery, crazy sweet with crunchy boba and trashed after the first sip. Boba Tea Co has been a consistent favorite for years, like a decade, before other boba places popped up. I'm entitled to my opinion & review. I would not waist a favor or ride to your store again. I've never had crunchy boba at Boba Tea Co. I don't have to defend my review, it's MY REVIEW about MY EXPERIENCE with YOUR COMPANY...I see you have plenty of people loving your crunchy boba...you can't win them all and your response is predictable, literally everyone in NM drs, businesses, New Mexicans treat people like me on the regular in this miserable state...I'm a hostage in NM thanks to the drunk driver who ruined my life with his 27th DUI. I don't like your boba and now, I don't like you as a person who can't accept my opinion and responded hostile. No worries, we'll never see each other again. I hope you're gifted the same 'gift' NM inflicted on me as you deserve no less than the 'day you deserve' also. I now make my own Boba at home because I literally don'tleave the house but for dr apts, but it's nice Boba Tea Co has my back and treats me like a human when I enter their business. I’ve tried Ma’s a few times so I’m not reviewing them on a bad day. Across my visits, I thought the girls were unfriendly enough to make me realize spending $8 plus tip on a drink is kinda insane. They’re just simply not nice when the boss isn’t around, so no stars for service. One time when I went in the girl stopped talking to her friend, looking visibly annoyed, and said “What do you want?” Customer service is completely dead in 2024, which is unfortunate for independent businesses.

When I first visited, some of the drinks came with boba. Now, they made it clear none of the drinks do, and boba is always an add-on. The drinks are already expensive, so this is another reason I won’t be going back. Plus, I can’t even get to the boba I paid extra for with the huge slices of fruit that block the straw and taste sour, ruining the drink, if you decide to finish your drink later.

Across all the flavors I tried, I thought the blended pina colada was the best, and I was impressed with their pomelo drink when I first had it. I ordered it again and the quality of the drink was completely different, which makes me think the girl making it wasn’t just bad at customer service.

Anyways, sorry Ma’s Enchanted Hills location. I’m looking forward to trying the smoothie shop right next...

My family came in this weekend for our very first visit and we will definitely be back! Not only were the drinks delicious, but the customer service was beyond amazing. As I relayed my kids’ order, it was explained to me that their choices might not be as well received by them as they weren’t as sweet as maybe they would expect. Once they heard this, they all changed their order and ended up LOVING their ultimate choices. Additionally, because life with 4 kids can be hectic - a full drink spilled on my youngest. She was embarrassed and crying and was given a stuffed animal to hold for comfort as they cleaned up our mess and even before the spilled drink was completely cleaned up, they had a fresh drink waiting for us. 1000/10 - overall...
