In a word.... Awful. This store and the employees/management are the worst. I have been with T Mobile for 20+ years, and just had a long chat with the company about this particular store wrecking the company's name. I purchased a very expensive screen protector from this store in Mar 23 after the salesperson convinced me it would be a good investment because it's guaranteed for life... I said why not. I can tell you why not. The store installed the protector on my brand new Galaxy 23 Ultra. Two weeks later it started peeling. I went back to the store, and the manager said we will take care of that, but we're out of stock with that protector. come back. I went back 2 to 3 more times over a month. Same story every time. Then they said we'll order one for you since this is a problem. Will come to your house in a week or so. That was in Jun. Went back in Jul, and they "ordered" another one. Now, it's August, screen protector is basically disintegrated. I'm partially retired. I'm not hard on a phone.... Just went to the store today. They didn't have a clue. The two young ladies there couldn't have been less helpful. They suggested I drive around the ABQ metro from store to store to find one in stock. The Manager was at lunch. Left my number to get a call. Still waiting. Called T Mobile. They said the store has a bad reputation. Wonder why they affiliate with them then. Anyways, after 45 minutes on the phone with T Mobile the very helpful customer service associate on the phone thinks he has it covered, and I should have a replacement screen protector in my mailbox in a week. Fingers crossed. Honestly, this store is just terrible. Save yourself the hassle and the run around. Call T mobile direct or maybe another store. This one is terrible customer service, inept and downright rude. Wish I could...
Read moreI couldn't be happier with the service I received with this sales office. The switch from Sprint wasn't easy but Jeremy, James, Adriana, Thomas and the district manager tackled it making it painless. I haven't seen teamwork like this in a long time. I'm so impressed with their customer service. I had lost hope, thinking customer service wasn't a priority anymore to any business or corporation. I was with T-Mobile for over 15 years before I switched to Verizon due to a problem I had with a customer service agent. Then left Verizon (too expensive & despicable customer service) hoping Sprint would be my long term service provider. Sprint lied to me from day one. Wouldn't remedy any problem and didn't value my business. Not until I started porting over my numbers did they make any effort to keep my business. I'm happy to be home and the welcome I got from this sales office was stellar! Thank you Bernalillo T-Mobile, it feels...
Read moreI went to this store to switch from my present carrier and get new phones. They took all of my personal information, opened an account, then told me they did not have the phone that I wanted.
Eric, the manager, then lied about getting the phones in a couple of days. 26 days later, after hearing nothing, I called the store. The rep said they lost my phone number and were waiting for me to call or come in, even though they also had my email and home address. Then I find out that they had opened an active account that now had a past due balance, even though i had no service or active device from T Mobile. I found out that by giving me SIM cards with new phone numbers on them, they were able to unethically, possibly illegally, open the account. My current phones are locked and cannot take SIM cards and they knew it.
I would stay away from this business. I had to call TMobile corporate to cancel the account. ...
