The Nook Pinetop — Attraction in Four Corners States

I want to take this time to let everyone in on an amazing hotel tucked away in the white mountains of Pinetop Arizona. |The Nook at Pinetop has been recently taken over by new owners, and completely overhauled and renovated as recently as of October 2022. |There are 24 rooms total, 12 of which can be used for extended stays. The hotel is run by Derek who did most of the renovations with the help of his girlfriend Jessica his kids. |You'll also come to know his super friendly dog Galexy. |The property is within walking distance to the sports bar and some popular restaurants. |What I came to love about this property is each room is uniquely special with its own theme and individual layout. Each room comes pre-stocked with s'mores so you and your family can take out to the front courtyard fire pit and spend some quality time around the campfire cooking s'mores. There's even a small fun putt putt golf course out in the front courtyard. It's clear this unique property was designed for fun family time and an experience to be remembered. ||If these activities aren't for you and you're just looking for some relaxing down time, you'll be equally happy on that front as well. The rooms are spacious with new, really comfortable beds and new furniture with a home style layout. |The rooms are pretty much soundproof, giving you the quiet privacy you're looking for. Rooms have new flatscreen's with free cable along with movies and Roku. If that doesn't separate this fun, uniquely special property from the rest...|Derek also offers different activities throughout the season. We stayed in room 206 titled “Wanderlust Retreat” which was a king bed, kitchenette (with a full size fridge– a must for us), small sitting area and full bathroom.

The kitchenette offered the necessities to feed us for most meals on property; utensils, plates, bowls, etc., were all included. I packed ready to warm breakfasts, picnic lunches and my own crockpot for one of our dinners. Plus, the shared outdoor space has charcoal and propane grills!

I’ve stayed in other properties with kitchenettes that have no working counter space; The Nook wasn’t that. It had ample work space to pack our picnic lunches, put the crockpot on to cook all day and prep quick breakfasts (egg bites, overnight oats, etc.) The site's yard offers guests three charcoal grills, one propane grill (propane is provided), fire pits, and plenty of fresh mountain air.

Plus for kids: an entire mini golf course, ax throwing (safe version for kids), corn hole and s’mores kits included for every room (and a fire starter kit for parents).

I was impressed with the upkeep of all these amenities; all the pisces for each yard game was well maintained–no searching for half missing pieces.
