Happened a while ago but thought it was important to share nonetheless. Gave me a pricey Minifig that had the wrong head (underneath a helmet where it was not visible) which was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Then when I called about it the employee lied to his manager saying that it was told to me when I was purchasing, but it was not. Also, I bought a used set that was described as complete, and upon rebuilding it 3 pieces were missing. Overall their selection at the time of my visit wasn’t anything too special, and the prices for some of the sets were pretty unfair even when taking into account that they are a business looking to make a profit which is totally fair. Overall, talking to the staff they were pretty chill except for the lying. Would not come back here unfortunately seeing as this is the closest bricks and minifgs to me which is already...

Great selection. Good prices ! Been a Lego head since I was 14 and now 48 . I have adult money now lol and have no qualms dropping money on what I want when it comes to Lego ! I’ve been there twice so far got what I wanted ! But the employees need some serious customer service lessons .both times I’ve been there I have to stand around waiting while the employees are messing around or building a Lego kit . I’m not saying they are rude but how about a hello welcome to the store would be nice ! The guys seem very arrogant ( relax bud it’s just Lego ) I can see how parents would be turned off by going there and dealing with bam’s employees . We came here for a 5 year-old’s bday party and the kids had a blast! The place is clean, well organized and has a great variety of bricks and minifigs themes! The birthday party was so much fun and different! The kiddos built and raced their own cars on a track and built their own mini-fig and got to keep both as a party favor! The party host, Carmen, was so kind and patient! He was so accommodating to everyone and was especially kind to our autistic son who was a bit overwhelmed by all the sensory input. Carmen made sure our son still felt included. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommend, especially for a different kind...
