Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Maple Shade Township

The tables were so dirty here it wasn’t even funny, there’s a bit of a wait here and the chicken was a tab way too greasy if you’re looking to have a heart attack this is the place even though all fast food isn’t really good, but this was extremely tad bit disgusting, you can tell that the staff that cook we’re trying their best, but I guess when you don’t have someone that’s really a good team leader, you’re gonna struggle as a team to really keep up with your restaurant. The manager needs to learn to get on the floor with their people. Giving your people a hand and guiding them you know you can’t hire people and expect them to know things and you can’t get upset or your leadership doesn’t get on the floor and show them. Hey listen one person. Do this. Let me show you how it’s done next person. Do this. Let me show you how it’s done. You had the person that was cooking trying to attend to the front the person that was taking the orders running to the back trying to help with orders in the window. It was like too many captains in a ship that you don’t realize that you start to fall short everywhere else. And then you can’t keep up with the orders that’s why certain people need to stay in their station. If you’re gonna have the person in the front, taking the orders helping the people in the window, then you have to keep the kitchen people making the orders and not having them trying to take the orders at the same time it makes their job harder. And I blame management for things like that because you have to get on the floor with your people and help them out that way. Your people are not going...

I visited during a very busy lunch moment with to colleagues. Or orders was prepared and handled extremely fast.

Looking at the order you could see the unsatisfactory results of fast preparing.

Meaning the taco had lettuce inside, outside my wrapper, tomato's more in my bag than the taco, previously customer handled mild & hot sauces (this was visible by there amout of crumbs, sauce and other things that shouldn't been on a new package). If you're not going to clean previously customer handled condiments throw them away where they belong.

I ordered large potato wedges received a small order. The cashier noticed and instructed her colleague to give me a large container and subtract the difference. I was handed a large container with what appeared to be six counted wedges. In the future get my order right, or just fill my box properly and keep the small order. What's worse than messing up an order, trying to correct the error through giving the customer a miniscule portion and further upsetting the customer.

Not to mention my TWO Taco Bell Chalupa combos were both thrown into one KFC brown bag. The cashier didn't say they had run out of Taco combo boxes.

Service was fast but the presentation of bagged items foods could have been better.

I will not visit this location anytime soon. The amount of money spent verses service was not worth it.

The owners would have been very disappointed if surprise visiting...

Highly highly recommended I love this Taco Bell / KFC food is always nice and hot and made fresh you can tell that it was just made just for you being tell nice and hot it is and the people there are very very patient with you ordering and are very kindly greeting you to their business of food and when you get up to the window to get your food they are very kindly to ask if you would like any condiments or anything extra with your order and they are so very pleasantly talkative when they talk to you unlike other fast food places where you just get talked to like you're just an everyday customer and they just want to get you out of the way and also this place is so very convenient whether you're getting on to the highway to go down 295 or simply go into the business area of the shopping centers around Walmart ShopRite and a couple other plazas that are in the area very convenient place to stop and get food and as I said the service is awesome highly highly highly rate this Taco Bell KFC every time I'm almost going past that I have to stop in and at least order a nice...
