Those people that work in kfc all of them doesn't know how to treat the customers they have bad actitud and another thing i was there yesterday around 940:pm date 1/14/17 i went i group of 10 peoples 4 adults and 6 kids i spend like almost 60 dollars order couple a bucket and others foods and the chicken that they gave us they look old and bad taste wasn't cook well i told the manager he's like a chubby black male look young and he told me he can't do anything about it he was like in a rush then ok we eat in the store and they was rushing us to leave cause they said they close at 10pm and i told him lisent we are buying food and we are starving we can't go anywhere cause us are traveling different states and can't eat in my car so then around 10 pm they turn off the lights inside the stores and we was still eating we all got mad about it it's disrespectful how they treat us after they turn off the lights the same dude came to us saying about that we need to leave cause the store is close and i told him personal lisent yah can't turn off the lights number one cause we are customers and always customers comes first than whatever yah doing or whatever they suppose to do there job and he told me with his actitud we have 2 minutes to eat i told him don't rush us the employees they was lol laffy to us and another thing they didn't had spoons or folks either plates to share we the food we bought that so bad we had to eat like in the old days we grave the cups lids and we us it as a spoons cause we had mash potatoes with the gravy and caw slaws i spend my money in tha store for nothing didn't like the food didn't like how they was in front of my kids talking bad and even my kids saying why they turn off the lights so i wanna to report this to ho ever customers don't waste your time and buy there food to them please the store is dirty need to clean up and the employees are nasty actitud we the customers i have pictures about when they turn off the lights to us and employees was...
Read moreI gave 2 star based on inconsistent portions served. For example I visited there Wednesday December 6th. I ordered a simple Famous bowl meal which consist of a simple mashed potatoes, corn and chicken piece. Me being a frequent flyer since it's on my way to work I was pretty upset when I received my meal and the bowl was a quarter of the way filled with all ingredients in total. Whomever made my meal gave me the equivalent to 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, and topped it off with the rest of ingredients corn and chicken. For charging $10 for something so simple and that being my meal before a 10 hour shift I was disheartening at the least. Literally, before I even popped the lid if felt empty. Now to be fair I went there Monday prior which was December 4 in which I received a fair amount, the amount you expected and paid for (a filled bowl, hence the name). I don't know if it was laziness or maybe the last of what they had, but either way it's still uncalled for and a form of stealing and dishonesty.
Many budget their finances these days so to still spend and trust a fast food place and get A LOT less then what was paid for is concerning. I'm sure I am not nor will I be the only one with this experience. I blame management.
I take pride in putting honest reviews everywhere I eat so people know what there hard earned spent money is going and what there getting in return.

Read moreOn the evening of May 18, 2023, I experienced the worst customer service from this KFC. I spent over $65 dollars on dinner for the family only to not receive parts of my order, which I noticed once I got home. I proceeded to have dinner with the family and planned to address the issue afterwards we were done. I drove back to the KFC, which was a 30 minute drive, and informed the employee that 3 of my items that I ordered were not provided to me. I requested a refund for these items as the family has already eaten dinner and the drive back would have taken too long. The employees called me a liar in which I then asked to speak to a manager. I informed the manager that the three items on my receipt were missing from my order and would like a refund for them. He came back to me with a refund for only two of the items and had thrown away my receipt. I informed him that the refund should have been for a he three items and he insisted that I would still be charged for at least one. I told him that I would be reporting this incident and requested my receipt in which he then said that he didn’t have it and had thrown it away.
