CoolSprings Crossing — Attraction in Franklin

We went to Urban Air for a birthday party. What a place! We had a very nice private party room overlooking the activities. 4 pitchers of soda that were continuously filled with two different kinds of pizza. Party supplies were furnished. Activities that satisfied every child and kept them entertained for the time we were there. Would we return? YES! Have tried this place a few times over the years. I just haven't tried in over a year. The food was cold. Dry burger. Cold hot dog. Was very unlike the picture. Staff at that time was sloth like and un caring. For such a prime location... it seems like the owners / managers would fix the problems. The store is a ghost town if it's not the lunch or dinner rush. I figure it's a tax loss write off. Always just shake my head...

This is one of the only traditional, classic malls still open. I like this mall and their store selections as well as tbe food court. It is 2 levels and organized nice. There is alot to do in the surrounding area so you have plenty of options. I give this mall 5 stars because it has stood the test of time and still draws many people here to shop and have...
