Master Taeho Kim is a uniquely gifted taekwondo teacher. Our son has been his student ever since Master Kim started his taekwondo school in Fremont. Master Kim is a loving teacher, but also firm, and is able to handle our feisty son quite well. He gives his personal attention to the kids in the classroom and online. He has built an excellent taekwondo school at our doorstep.

Ever since the lockdown began, Master Kim has also been offering fitness classes for parents, infused with taekwondo exercises and techniques. Master Kim has a seemingly inexhaustible collection of exercises that stretch and test every muscle in the body. We feel fitter and saner as a result of these classes. We are very thankful to him for offering these classes.

Master Kim makes a special effort to keep the kids engaged in taekwondo and in other productive activities, especially during the current lockdown. We have found the best taekwondo academy! We started looking for sports clubs for my teenager boy and thought about what kind of sport he should do. Of course, we looked at ratings, reviews, websites and what he might like the most and what he definitely wouldn’t leave half way. And most importantly - what will benefit him and instill in him a strong spirit and strong character. As a mother of a teenager boy, I will say that I am very glad that of all the clubs we chose Best Taekwondo Academy, although it is not the only one in Fremont. Our daughter joined Best Taekwondo Academy(BTA) in Sept 2023 and she enjoys going to BTA. Master Kim is a passionate teacher, providing an engaging and fun learning environment with discipline and respect. Our daughter and many other kids got an opportunity to participate in the Tiger Claw Championship 2024, we noticed Master Kim and his support coaches trained our kids for 2 months which helped the kids to demonstrate an exceptional performance during the event.
