The hookah here is okay. The owner's seem to be heading in the right direction by doing some great renovations, however what's missing is the customer service. The staff should smile a little more and not to pick favorites. I was coming here daily and experienced almost intentional prolonged waiting for replacing my charcoal (had to go find staff in the back almost every time after waiting 15 to 20 minutes, and still waited).I was second only to the staff's friends or to attractive females. Owner's should realize most working professionals who go to hookah lounges choose to experience convenience & service over costs associated. We could otherwise make it better and cheaper at home.
