Subway — Restaurant in Fremont

Using coupons! So I get in and first ask if I could use coupons and they said yes. I noticed the lady who was helping new employees swiftly used “stale” breads. I noticed right away but didn’t say anything. I had 3 footlong sandwiches. The one making my sandwich was new employee, doing it a bit slow. I don’t mind it taking longer, we all are new and we all at some point are learning. However on my last sandwich I just requested tomatoes on half sandwich to which the lady (who gave stale bread) annoyingly said we can’t do two separate sandwiches! Well, I was saving them some salad but she started saying it holds up line… really?? There was just one person behind me. And the real thing came out of her mouth “you know it’s just this subway who takes coupons!” Lady, were you annoyed because I was using coupon? If you take it you take it or you don’t. Also, don’t put the onus on customers for holding up line! I have visited Broadway subways which have 10 times higher rush than this and they still change their gloves without putting the onus on customers for being vegetarian and holding up lines!! Geez! Get some customer...

Don't order online at this shop. The male employees who worked on my order were entirely incompetent. The sandwich order didn't specify to add any onions, and yet they looked at it and put onions anyway because in their brains, when you don't specify to add onions, you add onions. I asked for olives, they did not put olives. Sauce was not spread evenly across the bread, but recklessly thrown in the middle of the sandwich in a tiny area. Stupid. Anyway, when I brought the sandwich into the store to show them that they got it wrong and I want the correct order, one of them grabbed it, poked around it while talking over it with his nasty breath, tried to debate me on the ingredients he got correct (I do not care... literally just add the stuff I asked to add. You're really going to waste time on that? Not a good look on you, kid), then passed me the same sandwich back. Didn't even get a brand new, remade sandwich. Laziness and incompetence.

It's either opposite day, or these men have not graduated elementary school. Avoid tweedle dee and tweedle dum, they aren't...

Very rude possibly racist staff three Indian people working the front didn’t say hi or anything when I went in- it was very empty inside the shop, stared at me when I was looking at the menu then when I wanted to order all three started talking to each other about personal stuff, I started taking to one of the girls trying to shook her head no not wanting to take my order then shoved into her coworker they talked to each other then whole time I thought maybe the no head shaking one didn’t speak English as to why she didn’t take my order but no here she is speaking English about pepperoni to the male coworker who I assume was making a sandwich for himself looking at me annoyed because my sandwich was in the toaster before he could put his in. Then while the woman was putting my sandwich together an Indian woman came in and all three happily chimed a hello to her and attentively serviced her just fine. Never coming here again, I don’t even like subway this was my first time trying it in 10 years lol absolutely...
