New owner is extremely rude to Afghans. He is not Afghan. Just be polite to all your customers regardless of their ethnicity. Highly unprofessional & prejudiced towards Afghans. I will NOT be coming to this store anymore. I was a long time customer until the ownership changed. Replies from the owner are also aggressive instead of apologetic or trying to improve poor customer service. When you post an honest review he assumes you are another store owner or someone who wants to work there. I am a former CUSTOMER. You did not even make eye contact even when I said hello to your face because I was Afghan! The previous Afghan owner was polite to his customers. Be cautious - they sell old goat meat. Too bad! They gave me old goat meat, but unfortunately, checked it only after I reached home. Immediately I called them, and the storekeeper asked me to bring the meat. I drove back to the store and showed the meat, the butcher checked the meat and called his manager. The manager is a big liar, he started raising his voice saying I would have bought it the previous week. I showed him the receipt to prove that I bought it on the same day, a few hours ago. He took the receipt from me and while discussing, he misplaced it (or may be purposefully hiding it.). Finally, I took the meat and threw it in the trash :( . This place deserves negative ratings. They charge extra money without informing the customer. The display prices of the chicken/meat are not the same as what they charge. Please be aware when you order chicken/meat. Also, they charge $0.50 extra for cutting the chicken/meat into pieces (I myself verified other places that sell Zabiha halal, Faisal/786 Market and they don't charge). I never know this until I asked the butcher why he was charging me an extra price. I’ve been paying without my knowledge for almost a year. They still don’t have an automated system, still using paper and pen to price the meat you buy....
