I recently bought a 2007 Honda Civic here with low mileage at a very fair price. Although the car looks a bit rough on the outside, it runs well. I had been trying to find a used car through Facebook Marketplace etc. for months but the process of messaging a bunch of private sellers became extremely frustrating. I found the Honda at Primacy Motors through Autolist and they got back to me literally within minutes. We made an appointment for the following day (I ended up looking at/test driving two cars). When I first got to the address, I intially wasn't sure if this would be legit (I got there before they did, the doors weren't open; there seem to be a few different businesses that share this location etc), but I ended up having a positive experience. Throughout the process, the guys at Primacy Motors were helpful and super patient. I felt like they were being straight-forward with me and didn't try to talk me into anything. I asked if I could have a mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection, which wasn't an issue at all (I paid for it myself though). They called their mechanic for me, who was able to squeeze me in right away. I know that trusting the dealership's own mechanic is exactly what the Internet tells you not to do, but I'm not local and didn't feel like trying to find a different shop, so I went with it (they did give me the option of taking the car elsewhere in the area!). Their mechanic Colin was super nice and seemed trustworthy. He found a few things that will need to be repaired/replaced within the next six months (wear and tear stuff like suspension and brakes) and gave me a quote. They were willing to go down with the price accordingly and also took care of all the registration/DMV stuff. Overall, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place (also to people, who, like me, need a car but are less than enthusiastic about the whole buying process and just want it to be as painless as possible--wish I had found...
Read moreI have been looking for a Honda Civic EK in manual transmission that is not a rust bucket for over 6 months where the seller was not asking a ridiculous price on such an old vehicle. When I saw that Primacy Motors had listed an ad for the same exact vehicle I have been seeking, I immediately contact their office to set an appointment to travel from Texas to California to see it in person. We communicated multiple times before I book a flight to fly out the next day.
When I first got to the office, I have to admit that I was unease as there were many red flags about the dealership. Sign on the door that says “By Appointment only” no inventory lot on premise, the store front just didn’t fit the traditional model of a “dealership”.
But I decided to trust my gut instinct after seeing all the positive past reviews and I was able to cross-check that the dealership did have a valid permit to operate in California. All of my uneasiness were put to rest when I met Dave and Will, they are young entrepreneurs who just starting their business but they are very honest and sincere so it made purchasing my dream car from them quick and easy. Will's customer service is nothing but exceptional. He helped me drive my car to a transporter to be loaded onto the trailer to be delivered to me in Texas. After the Purchase and the vehicle arrived at my home in Texas, Will expedite my process and obtained my registration within a week timeframe. I am very happy with my experience at Primacy Motors and I am glad I trusted my gut instinct and will definitely do business here again with Dave and Will. Outstanding guys here at Primacy Motors, you...
Read moreWe purchased a 2009 Corolla at Primacy Motors this past weekend. We initially found their listings through FB Marketplace and after some research we learned that the listings were under a company called Primacy Motors. We reviewed their web site and saw a number of other vehicles that we were potentially interested in.
My son and I took a trip to Fremont a few weekends ago and worked with Jon, who allowed us to test drive several cars that afternoon. Jon treated us very well, with no pressure and full transparency regarding sale prices of the different vehicles. We left the office that afternoon to think about our options, and made the decision to move forward with the Corolla.
There was one issue with the rear driver side passenger door where the end of the door was bent inward. Jon was able to work with his body shop repair person to get the door repaired, and a week later we went back to Primacy to complete the sale. The process was very straightforward and Jon explained every step of the process clearly and addressed all of our questions.
Overall, we are very happy with our used car purchase and definitely recommend Primacy for those looking for a good-quality reasonably priced vehicle. Thanks again to Jon for making our purchasing...
