Quiznos — Restaurant in Fremont

This is my second review for this CS at Quiznos's Hugo Terrace. They have two employees who rule the store and serve properly to those they want to.Even after asking him to double toast it which he well knows I eat that way, he will not do it untill I stand there and see it myself. Ridiculous.!!! Management really needs to retrain these guys. They won't do that to people of their own community . I have stood there and well observed.

Review below was from the past. The above got worst only For sometime they were doing the right things once their manager probably mentioned to them. But now back to their own ways.

I love the veggie Sandwhich. Quite pricey for the small bread they use. Not very generous on the sauces they put. I have noticed that they prepp it better if the customer is someone of their own community. Many times they let their people taste the soups too. But for me I always have to make sure they do a good job. This should not be the case. I would love for the owner to contact me. Hope a new one opens up somewhere...

Placed an order for delivery to an event at Ohlone College. Delivery was a bit late...so reached out to the driver several times via number provided. No answer or call back.

Received a notification that our food had been delivered with a picture of where. The driver dropped the food on a curb in a random parking lot on campus. The directions on the order were clear were to deliver

Reached out to store as well as door dash (service they used for their delivery). Both parties are trying to have me contact the other regarding issue. Trying to have tip as and potentially delivery fee refunded ....still trying to get an answer.

-April 25 update. Contacted Quiznos directly using link below. Something was submitted-however, there seems to be a lack of ownership on both the restaurant and Door Dash as to this issue. Both keep pointing the finger at the other party.

Personally-I would avoid this location based on experience with them. Easy enough to find alternative places to eat...

I am probably one of the easiest people to make a sandwich for.. I only like meat cheese, olives, pickles and mustard. I should have turned away when I saw that the bread looked hard and the guy told me it'll soften up when it's put in the toaster🤦🏽‍♀️ I got a turkey sandwich with the toppings I talked about in the beginning of this review. They don't offer pepper jack cheese so I got cheedar.. Didn't expect them not to offer pepper jack chess but I was still hopeful of a good sandwich... Oh!!!! how these little substitutes ruined my sandwich. $21.04 for a sandwich and chips is a little pricey...The sandwich was horrible... my simple sandwich was horrible... the bread was so hard!!! ughh I see why Quiznos sandwich places are closing and going out of business.
