This facility is really bad if your kid is slow to learn. The instructors don't have any patience. I stand outside the ring and encourage my 3 year old to push bucket. That's how he even learnt pushing the bucket. For 2 classes he stood there not moving and no one tried to teach him. They don't have the time to even look at his posture, legs and tell him what and how to change. They don't have the time to give the appropriate bucket height. I have to keep telling them that he is tall and he needs more buckets so that he learns to stand straight and push, otherwise bending and pushing won't help at all. They do 30 mins of courtesy teaching and then the remaining 30 mins they don't even bother. Overall a total waste of money, time and great disappointment when you see your kid being neglected. I guess the facility is ok if your kid gets ice-skating naturally, not because it has great instructors, but your kid is able to get through the...
Read moreThis place does a TERRIBLE JOB with 4 things; 1) COVID protocols - every week COVID protocols are changing and these guys don’t keep the public informed of what’s needed. Now 15YO need their vaccine cards and student id to enter 2) keeping public informed of private skate events. My kids were on the ice for 30min before they closed the rink due to private event. More transparency on the website is needed. 3) security- the security person at the front today was very very rude. She kept referring to the state of CA mandates 15YO needed student ID cards plus vaccine. She made it seem like it was my fault for not knowing their rules. 4). FOR GODS SAKE ANSWER THE GD PHONE! People are trying to call and get information to avoid this very thing and no one here...
Read moreThis was a great experience. We were able to book everything online and sign all the waivers so when we arrived we simply checked in and headed straight to rental with our stickers. They have a great area for little kids to learn with stacked buckets so they have something to hold onto. As a mom of 3, that made it much easier for my kids to learn since I couldn't be with each one of them constantly. The staff at the food stand was super nice and friendly and my daughters loved the smell of apples in the bathrooms hahaha. 'It smells sooo good!' First time I've ever heard that about a public restroom. 😂 All in all, it was a great way to wrap...
