After speaking with AI I have decided to reflect a review which provides context to my experience. The 5 stars are more reflective of my exp. with another company for interlocks, and AI fees, which are substantially less. I also believe after speaking with them that my perspective was not illustrated well. I will go on to state my reasoning for my frustration, which I believe are warranted, but star reviews are too crucial for the survival of a "mom and pop" business. I believe they cared about my experience, and were quite shocked at the 1 star. They did not tell me to make it 5. I do not believe they will expect it. But they rightly portrayed to me that it was unfair. It is obvious that they care about people. This is why I changed it to 5 stars.

I have kept my original review because this is how I felt before talking with them. I do not think of it as invalid, but to say they were greedy was unfair.

When I first started with this company, I had faulty wires from a poor job from Alcoalert from a location on Blackstone. I believe I told AI about these faulty wires. But they were not fixed. In fairness, not something they had to do, but I went through hell jump starting my car battery every few days.

The other time that I was frustrated is when I had to tow my car there. The wire was faulty and they had simply replaced it. I felt that this invalidated my entire experience. Possibly they were quick to write me off.

I expressed this to them. They were very understanding. I believe this experience has made a great company even better. I think they're standard of quality will just rise, not for profit but for people.

The old review: I am a customer of low cost interlock. So my experiences are just with regard to this. But I must say they are as greedy as they are courteous. I have had so many issues with my installation to have them write it off as my own issues. If I were you, I would first of all drop Lowcostinterlock. But if you just started with them, you may not feel this way, go to Visalia. These people will not install it correctly. They will put a faulty cord in and you will be stuck...

I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted to upgrade the stereo system. I brought my car to Audio Innovations and I am very happy with the end result.

They have a professional and clean showroom and Ryan promptly came in from the installation area to assist me. I told him what my needs were and he took the time to explain different options to me. I never felt pressured to go with one over another. He took my name, phone number and I believe my email address when he gave me some quotes and added me to their computer system. I wondered if I might get a follow-up call, but I did not. That is good! I did not want to be pestered. I came back a second time to listen to more options, and again there was no pressure to purchase anything then, but I was ready to have the work done and went ahead and made an appointment. I had a few questions and concerns during the decision-making process, but they answered them all to my satisfaction. They completed the work in the time they said they would, and my new stereo sounds fantastic!

I brought my car back to them to have an alarm installed and they treated me exceedingly well, surpassing my expectations. Are they the cheapest option in town? Maybe not, but I believe you get what you pay for and customer service is very important to me. I felt comfortable and happy with this place. They made me feel that if I had any questions or needed help with my stereo or alarm, I could feel free to contact them. Communication outside of the shop has been primarily by email, which they respond to promptly. I'd recommend them to anyone and will go back to them if I have any additional audio or alarm needs for my current vehicle, or any I own in the future. I'm extremely happy with the work from Audio Innovations! Granted, this is my first experience with getting a sound system installed period so I don't have much to go off of HOWEVER, all I knew was that A) I wasnt going to try myself and B) whatever it was going to cost didn't matter I just wanted somebody that was knowledgeable and experienced and I definitely got that. I've known of Audio Innovations since I was in high school so they've been around for a decent amount of time. So I figured that to be in business still after all these years they've gotta be doing something right. I called to get a quote and I'll be honest, NO THEY WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST, but I didn't want to pay for the cheapest. So I went in and made the appointment and even prepaid a week and a half prior. Dropped my car off morning of and it was done in the estimated time. I picked it up and couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend them!!
