Cracked my iPhone 6s Plus on 7/31/17 and went into this establishment on 8/1/17 to have the phone screen fixed. After waiting about 20 minutes and paying a reasonable price I was happy to see that they had done what appeared to be a great job, making my phone like new. Later in the day when I went to make a call I discovered that the speaker up top, along with the front facing camera, and the proximity sensor did not work. So I could near no longer make calls other than on speaker phone. When I took it in the next day on 8/2/17 I spent over 3 hours there at two separate blocks of the day trying to get it fixed. The second time they fixed it they got the speaker and camera to work but the proximity sensor did not work, causing the screen to stay on. The third time they fixed it the proximity sensor had the opposite problem where the phone would go "black" during calls which meant I could not hang up the phone or put a caller on speaker phone. The fourth time they tired to fix it, it still had the same problem. So at the end of the day, even though my screen was fixed the phone was in worse condition then it was when I took it in as I could no longer make calls. Eddie the tech there was very helpful, while the manger was not as much. They offered me $20 which does me little good, as it wasn't a full refund and now I have a useless phone in terms of making calls and will have to go to ATT to get a new one. I would not recommend this place. Try else where as you risk ending up with no phone at all. Not happy with...

Fixed my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen. After calling around and getting prices at $210 - $260. Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: “is it LCD or OLED? “ Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it’s premium

Terrible customer service. THE WORST !!!! Got my iphone 13 fixed less then a month ago and i’m already having lots of issues. When I first received my phone back he was being very skeptical with bringing it back because he had thought he reseted the phone, Which I was then frustrated because the reason for getting the phone fixed was to keep the photos & icloud on this phone. He gave me my phone back after we paid $150.00 & The screen he placed onto the phone was the wrong size & letters on screen we’re pink I told him about that and He said to check the phone in the sun, The sun??? What does that have to do with my phone screen, Now my phone has been glitching daily & It freezes and Gets stuck on my homepage when this happens my top part of the phone does not work it will not let me power off the phone it just powers off by itself and Shows the apple sign. I try calling numerous times a day and it goes straight to voicemail. PLEASE save yourself some cash, These people mentioned I had life time warranty but then does not answer.
