I had the misfortune dining at Casa Quintero recently, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only was the food subpar, but it also felt like a scam. The menu prices seemed reasonable, but the final bill was shockingly high, with several items listed that we never ordered. When we asked about the discrepancies, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive.The food itself was far from impressive. The dishes were poorly prepared and lacked flavor, making it clear that quality was not a priority here. My experience today was terrible, went to eat with my 2 kids & 3 grandsons ( grandson's are 11,13,18 & they charged us for them) BS..we paid $185.00 for our food & drinks, I'm sorry but I think that's a lil to much for this food here,I was shocked I've never pd this much here before with the same 6 ppl! Beware of what you order, 2 item plates now is $16.99. That's a lot for 2 tacos, a small order of rice & beans. We won't go there again!! It really wasn't worth all that, + they put in their own tip now. You pretty much have no choice. My first time here and it took them 20 minutes just to take my order when the place was empty. As i was given a less then half full bowl of chips as i asked for some more after i finished the little i had i was greated with a big sigh from the waitress as she said i would be charged for the 2 bowl...never in my life have i ever been charged for chips. when my food came the only thing that had taste were the beans everything else needed salt or some good salsa that i should of brought from home because this place provides nothing good. The place had the odor of bengay and vicks vapor rub i must have come during senior citizen hours.. Wont be back or recommend. Blan food for what they charge im better off...
