Overall, it is a decent local park to go for a walk. My greatest complaint is if you decide to walk further away from the playground where the pond is, be very cautious because it never fails that an inconsiderate neighbor lets their dog run off leash which is a huge hazard. For reference, it is a large black dog. I am actually getting tired of having to watch out every time I go for a walk, but I like the park and find it unfair to have to go out of my way and find another place to walk only because people are irresponsible. For the most part, the park is very clean, however there is at least 2 or 3 sights of dog waste left on the ground for us visitors to walk...

You can go down and check out Stewart Creek that filters into Lewisville lake. They also have a little pond that we saw some fishing in. We've lived in Frisco 5yrs and never knew about this little gem until today!.....It's ok. Very few off concrete trails for exploring. Great park for older children (my daughter is almost 6 and it has some features she required help on - she is an expert climber). Nice separate playground for younger children.
