Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Frisco

Been here multiple times and somethings always wrong with my order, missing items, you name it. First time they didn't have a new drink they were advertising. This last time was the end all be all.

Didn't get half of my order when it was first delivered. It was brought out with half of someone else's order. Then she comes back with half the of the rest of the order and still missing tater tots. I pushed the button to get my tots and he tried to charge me, I said I wasn't paying because I had already paid. I know I saw my complete order on the screen when I paid the first time. He stated it wasn't rang up previously and asked if I still wanted it and I say "yes, my kids are screaming of course I want it". I'm frustrated at this point because I know I have paid, now I paid twice for tots. They eventually get to the car and they are so burnt no one eats them.

Not to mention, they didn't give my receipt on either transaction so I can't show I had paid. Even if I didn't, they guy should have listened the first time and repeated my order back. He also didn't even apologize for any inconvenience.

At the end of the day the girl who brought out my order still received a tip because it was not her fault! Her service and personality was great! I think her name was Nadia or...

I guess any Sonic is fine for drinks, but when ordering food, this is not the location to do that. This is the second time I have tried this location which is just down the street from me. Both times have been a huge disappointment. The food ordered both times was cold - no heat at all by the time I got home. Clearly their food is prepared way ahead of ordering and just slammed together when ordered. The tots were absolutely cold! Must have been sitting around for quite a while. I won't be going back to this location at all. The final blow was when I picked up the drink - it was so sticky with gunk that I had to wash it off before eating my meal. Clearly the management here is more concerned with their convenience than the customer's...

I ordered: a triple smash Patty burger with no onions the combo with a large ocean water and dill fries Double cheeseburger with bacon and no onion as a combo with dill fries and a diet Dr pepper and then add it on a rainbow slush All of my burgers were wrong. When it was delivered to me the girl who delivered it to me pretty much threw it at me she almost spilled the drinks on me almost dropped the food in the floor of my car and just walked off as quickly as she could did not give me a receipt I spent over $42 on this order. When I spoke to the manager about it she refused to remake my food she refused to give me a refund she walked inside and refused to give me my receipt and then just kept yelling bye...
