The last time i went for my appointment I sat in the front desk area for 15 minutes with no one at the front desk to check me in. They usually have 2 young women at the front desk and neither was there. Finally a hygienist was walking by and noticed me sitting there and asked me if I was there for an appointment and let the correct hygienist know. Now it makes more sense why every time I call, I never ever get an answer on their office line and why its about only a 50% chance of getting a call back after that. I feel like Dr Osborne hires women on their looks only and not on substance. When I finally emailed the practice since I was not getting any response about canceling my next appointment, I did a reply via email. I knew I had a credit and asked how that would be reimbursed back to me and the response was to give them my credit card number and expiration date. I replied back within and hour of that email my credit card information but 9 days later still no reimbursement. I emailed again to ask for some idea when this reimbursement would be initiated and the response was about right. The "patient coordinator", Lindsay asked if I got her previous email. I replied that not only did I get it, but i forwarded her my reply to that very same email she sent me with my credit card information. She acted like she somehow never got it when I clearly "replied" to her previous email so there was no way I could have mistyped their web address. This wasn't about the money, but the overall customer service, or lack there of. Maybe Dr. Osbourne should focus on quality of front desk hires than how good they look? (still waiting for the reimbursement and its now...
Read moreThis is my personal experience and not fabricated nor fluff. The office staff is rude and they don’t even say hi - at the desk I had to say hi - I’m late and left you a voicemail about being 15-20 min late so can we reschedule or can you still take me. Back to the office staff - at the beginning they looked like they were just not wanting to be there and it was bad I can tell when I looked at them as they didn’t even say hi nor acknowledge me. I told them I left a voicemail as I was running a few minutes late so we can either reschedule or you can take me- they told me it was my fault for leaving them a voicemail during their lunch. Anyway the dental hygienist looked upset and I told her I will just reschedule, and I left. The office staff is extremely rude and they make it feel as if you’re asking them for free. I told them I’ll just reschedule. Some guy popped up and his lips were shaking and he was upset asking me if I’m okay, just drama here, simple teeth cleaning to reschedule turned into a verbal sparring match. They didn’t like me telling them that I felt they are rude and the hygienist was saying I don’t have time for this or that. I told them I’m not used to this type of verbal combat over me asking to reschedule if it made them feel better or I can go somewhere else. There are plenty of dental offices and I will take my insurance and my dental cleanings elsewhere. My personal and transparent feedback is if you are used to having office staff being rude to you as soon as you walk in then that is on you. My recommendation is personally, I do not recommend this place. My views and opinions...
Read moreI have been a client of Legacy Ranch Dental for more than 15 years. The practice used to be great with Dr. Osborne and another doctor, which has been a revolving door with the change of the second dentist, but that is not the main issue. The main issue is the bad administration. Again, the admin used to be very good but has gone downhill. From my last visit, I had to wait for 30 minutes after the hygienist was done to see Dr. Osborne but he was busy with another patient. I informed the admin staff that I cannot wait and to follow up with me for the Xray results. No follow up. I got a call months later to schedule the next appointment for cleaning, I asked about the Xray results and was told they will check and get back to me. Again, no follow up. The business is not managed well. It used to be good but has gone downhill, which is very...
