I recently had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell that I feel needs to be shared. I arrived at the location and noticed the door was open, so I assumed they were still accepting orders. I even asked politely if they could take one last order, just to confirm. To my shock, instead of a simple ā€œnoā€ or explanation, the employee responded in the most unprofessional way. he started whistling, making strange noises, and even pointed at the door, gesturing for me to leave.

It felt disrespectful and rude—definitely not the kind of treatment I expected as a customer. All he had to do was explain the situation politely, but instead, he made me feel completely unwelcome. I’ll be thinking twice before returning to that location. Customer service should be about respect, even if the restaurant is about to close. This is a matter that should be looked after cause i’ve felt very disrespected and i’ll make sure everyone knows who this employee is and should be taken...

Discontinue your patronage. This location now charges .50 to add a couple onions. I order 4 cheese roll ups. Folks they are tiny in the first place. In past i asked to add onions to auch and it was no charge. Half the time they never put any and then if they did it was like 10 small bits of onions. Now they still dont put onions even though charged .50 each so $2 added to bill for almost nothing, a small tiny black cup about 1 oz or less and they charged $2. The cup of onions is impossible to add now as cheese roll ups are melted and difficult to unrill to add onions and now i have to do what they charged for. This Taco Bell has taken a new route. GOUGE the consumer no matter what. STOP going to any Taco Bells that pull this stunt of charging for a tiny bit extar of onions, tomatoes etc. Doesn't matter what it is unless chicken or chees I get. But Onions???? PRICE GOUGING or better put purposely stealibg...

This is probably the worst Taco Bell my wife and I have visited. The orders are never correct each time we give them the benefit of the doubt and return by ordering online, but tonight was definitely the worst. First, we got cheesy gordita crunch that did not have sauce it was so dry! Then we got a hard taco that was softer than the soft tacos we ordered(the shell was blackish brown at the bottom). Then, probably the worst part, I got a crunchwrap Supreme and specifically asked for no tomatoes (because we are allergic), and there were plenty of tomatoes per my picture of it. I also ordered extra meat, and there was almost less meat than originally comes in the order, but we paid for more. I don't know if they just don't like us at this location or if they just are as bad as they have been the past few times...

Tonight was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I hope that the employees who were working at 11:40 pm on 10/28/2023 will reflect. Are they hiring poorly trained staff? It wasn't the right food I ordered 2 crunchy wraps and 3 hard tacos. Nothing was okay. Both crunch wraps were open, One was so overcooked that the food inside became mushy and melted mayonnaise (or sour cream) dripped. The hard taco was broken. It was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. They ruined what was supposed to be a fun night. I hope they use someone who is properly trained. Is it okay to just make something and sell it for money?

Avoid the Taco Bell on Lebanon in Frisco at all cost. It is worth the extra two minutes driving to the next Taco Bell or fast food place. It says a lot about your employees How they act when they don’t think anyone is looking. To see the distain the employees have had someone who’s ordering and the jokes made in the kitchen as they’re pulling up to get their food disgusted me. I’m not sure what they did with that customers food but I wouldn’t want to eat it. I refuse to my food at that point. I wish I went out to one of those people who knows what the employees did to their order.
