Chef NIC & Co — Attraction in Frisco

FOOD-ABULOUS (food that was fabulous)!!! I can't recall ever having catered food that was so tasty. Not only that, EVERY.SINGLE.GUEST. loved the food.

I contacted Chef Nic & Co to cater my husband’s 49th Suprise birthday party back in August (this year 2024. A little late on the review, but I knew I could not let the year end without saying how GREAT the food and staff were). They arrived as planned, set and up and displayed the food to fit our theme, and they made sure the guests were happy. It was a country themed party for about 50 people. We needed all the fixings for a good BBQ and Chef Nic did not disappoint. Our menu was Brisket (cooked just right), Pulled Chicken (full of flavor), Smoked Sausage, Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos (went the fastest), Mac & Cheese (I don't just eat any mac and cheese and this was amazing), Baked Beans, Fire Slaw (highly recommend) and Salad. Topped off by the best desserts, like Peach cobbler, Mixed Berry Cobbler, Apple Cobbler, and Red Velvet Cake.

I cannot say enough good things about the food, Chef Nic and the staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you contact them for your next event of just visit his establishment and taste the wonderfulness...
