We enjoyed our stay very much. This La Quinta Inn renewed our faith in the chain. We have not had good experiences with staying at other La Quintas. This one is beautiful! It is modern and very clean. The young man that checked us in was very professional and friendly. It smelled lovely when we walked in and we were welcomed right away. The room was very nice and clean. My favorite part was the bathroom. It was roomy, modern, and clean. A dirty bathroom in a hotel room can ruin the whole stay, at least in my eyes. The shower was big and the complimentary Dove cucumber melon beauty products was a pleasant plus. The stay was quiet for the most part. There will always be those that are rude and let their doors slam or kids run around. The beds were large and comfortable. The sheets were soft and clean. The pillows were a bit hard, but that might be something you prefer. I loved the contemporary minimalist decor and furniture. It's nice to stay in a place that doesn't remind you of Grandma's house in the 1980's. Housekeeping did knock early, but I can't remember if there was a 'do not disturb' sign available and we forgot to put it out, but it wasn't a problem. We were up and getting ready to leave. Special note: For those of you that complain about housekeeping knocking on your door in the morning, especially if you forgot to place the DND sign on the doorknob, you need to know how housekeeping works. From someone who worked in housekeeping through all of my teen and early young adult years I can tell you that these cleaners start early. They have no idea who has checked out of their rooms yet because most people leave the hotel without informing the front desk that they are done with the room. The housekeepers only have a certain amount of time to clean all of the rooms before check-in at 3pm that day. There are always the special earlier check-ins that people pay for, so these workers have to get those done first. You add in the mess that most (yes most!) people leave for housekeeping because they think it's the cleaners job to pick up their trash off the floor or the coffee they spilled all over the table. If you are one of the polite and decent people that will actually throw away stuff in the garbage cans and maybe put the dirty towels in a pile for the workers, you would be sick to hear stories of things that these housekeepers clean up. So, stop complaining about housekeeping and 1) let the front desk know when you are checking out, 2) be an adult and throw away your garbage, and 3) if you'd like to do something nice for someone to show that you are not an entitled snob, strip the dirty linens off the bed and put them in a pile with all of the dirty towels. Wouldn't it be nice if someone did something small every day to make your job just that much easier? I highly recommend this La Quinta Inn and we will be staying here every time we visit our son in Frisco.

This is the worst Hotel I ever stayed in, if youre looking for good customer service looking to relax have a good sleep and a quiet room then this hotel it’s not for you and all, you can hear every single word what next room talking about, I can hear the snoring from next room all night, it was a nightmare stay in this hotel, this hotel does not have sound proof walls, people yelling, screaming all night long until 3am we never had one good sleep, one night I called the front desk and I spoke to Caleb and he came and talk to the people next door to stay quiet but Caleb he’s unprofessional person he told the next room that we complained about them, after Caleb left people from the next room came banging on my door like crazy and tried to attack us, I called the front desk and I told him what happened and we feel unsafe in our room, Caleb says that he can’t do anything because he didn’t see them banging on my door and told me that I’m lying, in the morning after shift changed I talk to the very nice guy he’s on his wheel chair and he took my information and the details and he said he will let the manger to call me immediately when she arrives and he send her email as well, manger ignored me and never contact me for the next 5 days I stayed, I couldn’t leave the hotel because I pre paid for my stay and they refuse to refund me my money if I leave, it was a nightmare stay for sure, breakfast kitchen closed and 9am so we have to wake up super early me and the kids to get ready and have breakfast before they close the kitchen doors, so they make you wake up early to have breakfast, and we missed so many days the breakfast because of that, I like to do exercise and they advertise that they have gym and they never mentioned that the gym out of service for the 13 nights we stayed gym was out of service, if you’re trying to communicate with any of the kitchen staff or the room service people good luck with that they don’t even speak one single English word, it was the worst experience and stay ever , I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AT ALL.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience from start to finish! It was my first time here, I found it on Google, and I’m so glad I did. The moment I walked in, I felt a welcoming and positive vibe. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I stayed in a double queen room at a very reasonable price. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large with a walk-in shower, and I loved the Dove products, from hand soap to conditioner. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the DNT and Frisco Prime area, which made getting around super convenient. The lobby was clean and inviting, Wi-Fi was fast and free, the TVs were big, and there were two large elevators with easy access to the parking lot. Daily breakfast was a nice touch, they have plenty of snacks and beers available for purchase at the reception and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day. Honestly, every staff member I interacted with was humble, friendly, and truly made the stay feel special. I’m definitely coming back here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay, whether you’re traveling with friends or family!

We arrived at LaQuinta Inn and suites in January -July 2021 and we made it clear with Management at the time (Amanda) we were going to stay long term so we needed a room that had space and looked a little like home not a strange domain that type of thing. She took us up to 3rd floor and showed us the room before hand and treated us very kindly and was very understanding, including gave us a rate that was reasonable to someone who was going to be on a long term stay at a hotel and promised us we would be locked on that rate during the period of our stay.We kept the place neat at all cost, because we knew we might not need house keeping everyday except once in a while but when I say we kept it tidy I mean very clean, including the day we were leaving the room was clean. We ate out to keep the room food smell free ...now fast forward to May 18,2021 we learnt Amanda was no longer there, new management (Jim) raised the rates, number one ,he had no patience explaining to you why except to say COVID-19 season is over, looked at you disdainfully,he was not even concern whether you stay or not.We ended up calling a nearby hotel that worked with us for the last week that was left before we came home, besides the last 3weeks at LaQuinta we were paying $1,200-$1,3000 a week.Even the way we were told our rates were going to go up was unprofessional,we were not even given a notice in advance, we were coming from Walmart to get our shots and we were stopped at the elevators to be told that ,imagine...right in front of other house keeping staff,The front desk staff said ,"here you are ,"and this was what was going to happen from now on....!"We took it politely and we went to our room feeling disgusted. There's more but we have been talking to a lawyer about price gouging on this matter and I feel better now that I'm home...Long term hotels are a temporary solution but are not supposed to take an advantage of your situation, you are not supposed to feel subhuman because you live in a hotel because you're stranded or one thing to another, infact long term stas are more affordable. We were honest from the time we walked in until we left,we were told were going to get a good rate and things changed..I gave the hotel a 3stars because it is a 3star hotel and it lived up to its promise. The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable beds and a safe location except you can hear everything going on next door, their walls are very thin, but it's still a lovely place.I hope you are...

So I was at this location the La Quinta by the stadium in Frisco Texas and I've been here since March 29th of 2025 what we did like was the pool that's indoor their breakfast was burnt biscuits eggs looked and tastes overcooked mostly every morning but I spent quite a bit of money here because I was trying to stay as long for the taxes to fall off would have told me that but none of the employees told me that every time I had to do a new reservation because they allegedly overcharged me when the prices from the Wyndham app which is a third party or the booking.com was sometimes cheaper they kept charging me incidentals sometimes $50 sometimes $100 I spoke to the managers about it about what was going on the Assistant GM Sydney and GM Angela about various issues whether it was in person or in email I did let the other employees know what was going on not enough was compensated for my inconvenience all of the different reservations and charging me 50 or 100 for each time so now at this point I would not spend any more money at this place this place is horrible all they want is your money they do not treat you right as a guest I've been here almost 30 days and this is how they treat people I give this a one-star on everything is sad that I talk to different employees about what was going on and the only one that really was understanding was a new girl Tori and Dante they both were very professional trying to give me options to find out how he can accommodate my stay here and everything li Like they understood what I was going thru that came through for me I mean it was one person before but he act like he didn't understand what it is he needed to do for the guests and for me almost spending 30 days at a hotel yes my choice because of something very personal and a financial hardship going on with me this is sickening and disgusting with that said don't waste your money or time Don't get me started on my oldest who has Autism high functioning arm was bitten by I thought was bed bugs allegedly which I emailed Sydney could be that in email and discussed in person to her could be allergic reaction to something either way I'm flabbergasted I don't think they did enough to show they appreciate me as a guest a repeated long-term guest at that.....
