Elements Massage — Attraction in Frisco

I get a 1 1/2 hour massage from Sham at Elements Massage in Frisco at Main and Legacy every 2 weeks. I have severe arthritis in my neck and lower back and have experienced a significant increase in range of motion in my neck and reduction of chronic pain in my lower back since I started getting massages from Sham. He was a physical therapist in India for years and he recently became certified to practice in Texas. He understands how to massage and manipulate the muscles and has ven recommended exercises to help me continue gaining flexibility. The staff at this location are all friendly and knowledgeable. They offer cbd oil massages which are amazing and aromatherapy if you like. I highly recommend Sham and this Elwments Massage location. May 10, 2024 I continue to get a 1 1/2 hour massage from Sham every 2 weeks. I was recently diagnosed with anklosing spondylitis, an autoimmune arthritis of the spine. The bi-weekly massages have bee integral to keeping me pain free without the need for medication with potentially dangerous side effects. Sham has been showing me meditation techniques to improve my autoimmune system. I appreciate his holistic approach to healing. With the addition of meditation, i have having less episodes of scleritis, an extremely painful inflammation of the eyes which can cause retina detachment. Sham is working on his PhD in Holistic and Integrative medicine. He also recently became certifies in manual lymphatic drainage massage That is very important to me because i have lymphedema in both arms and Sham is one of only a few masseuses i trust to perform massage since massage can worsen lymphedema if the masseuse does not understand how to perform a massage on someone with lymphedema. Omg if you love massages or need a medical massage this is your new place. I've been to so many places trying to find the perfect masseuse for years now since surecure screwed me over on my membership during the pandemic. I lost all my unused months during that time so i needed a new place. I have finally found my place after 3 years of trying different places. I had Joe for a relaxing massage back in Decembe and I knew then I had found my place when I walked out feeling amazing. Fast forward to 4 weeks ago. I had my hips go out and lower back freeze up. It has been the most painful journey ever. I decided I had to have a medical massage. After explaining my condition they paired me up with Jake since joe wasn'tavailable & i needed in ASAP. He literally saved my life. I was in so much pain that muscle relaxers and pain pills were doing nothing for me. I literally could not walk in the mornings and had to crawl to the bathroom. It was difficultsleeping, sitting, standing or walking. He has worked with me for 3 times in the past 3 weeks now. He's amazing and knows what he's doing. He explains what was going on with my body and why he was doing what he was doing. He's freaking incredible ar what he does. He has the best hands around. He really listens to you and your needs. They all really care about you and healing your body. I'm so glad i found them. I'm 1000 times better. I still have to do another medical massage before I can go back to a relaxing massages again but being able to walk, sit, stand and sleep again is priceless. I finally got a place I love and trust to get a membership with them. I love that you can put it on hold, have a beneficiary you can gift some massages too and the specials the run for members. Horrible and I do mean horrible customer service! I made an appointment at this location because there was no availability for my time request at the Preston location. I arrived for my appointment and was damn near yelled at by the manager because I was a past member at the Preston location and did not cancel my membership correctly! I felt like he was trying to prove a point by trying to chastise me about a freaking past membership in front of other customers! Are you serious? They expect you to walk in to cancel which is a huge inconvenience and slick way to drag the membership out. I had personal reasons as to why I couldn't continue massages and did not care to share. I was appalled at how the manager basically interrogated me as to why I chose this location and area instead of going to Preston! The nerve! He basically set up the membership AGAIN when I never signed anything to restart it. I was so upset and wanted to cancel that very moment but desperately needed a massage so I went through with the appointment. I paid for an "Elite" massage and it was a joke because there was nothing elite about it. The therapist forgot to do one part of my body and talked almost the entire time. My lower back was still hurting when I left and felt worse than before the massage. That was one of the worst experiences and I refuse to ever...
