Visited at night. Asked if French toast sticks were just for breakfast or if I could order them. I was told I could order them. Confirmed amount of French toast sticks. Continued with order.
Paid, left, checked order and saw there were no French toast sticks. Went to check receipt, saw there wasn’t one anywhere.
Went back and was told I never ordered them instead of being told order would be corrected or an apology for my order being messed up.
Paid more for French toast sticks. Rest of food was cold by the time I got the French toast sticks.
I would have given the benefit of the doubt that maybe I forgot to order French toast sticks, but I asked if they were available, was told yes, confirmed how many I wanted.
Oh, I also have a dash cam so I have a recording showing that I did indeed ask for French toast sticks.
But I was lied to, told I never ordered them instead of them correcting their mistake.
I also could have paid for them twice, maybe they do this on purpose.
They should give customers receipts and just correct their mistakes...

They open and close whenever they feel like it, they can’t get a single order right in the almost 2 years we’ve been going to this location out of convenience, they charge for stuff you will never get. They don’t know how to make the food correctly. What you do get will take forever and has been sitting out and ice cold. They charge $1 for a small ranch?! I’ve complained multiple times about this and nothing has changed. Their team sucks and the management is worse knowing about it and doing nothing to correct it. The whole staff need retraining or replacement at this point. This is literally the worst location with the laziest people.
Examples: you order a double Jack meal, you get a jumbo Jack, no cheese, cold soggy fries
Spicy Chicken sandwich will randomly have cheese and pickles on it
Any add ins you PAY EXTRA FOR will never be there
Anything you ask to remove they completely ignore or put double the normal amount

Read moreShows up at 7:30pm today (Tuesday). There was one car in front of me in the drive thru. Got to the window at 8pm. Was told to pull forward after five minutes because the breakfast platter wasn’t ready. I pulled forward, got out, and stood by the counter inside. I watched them make the platter from start after they realized I was in there. They then handed me cold burgers that had been completed since who knows when, gave me an out of date milk for my son, and the platter had syrup thrown all over the outside and the hash browns. My drinks were covered in soda on the outside and for my 40 minute wait, cold burgers, and spoiled milk, I was given 1 small chocolate bundt cake with no expiration date to compensate a family of three. They had a total of three cars in the drive thru while I was there and two families inside. They can’t handle six orders with three employees? Very disappointed and upset.
