I had a very disappointing experience with this company after inquiring about a mirror they posted on Facebook Marketplace. When I expressed interest but mentioned I needed to check with my spouse first, the response I received was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. The individual replied: "Just to buy $55 mirror? You could have asked him before texting that would be better idea and it could have saved both our time."

I was shocked by the tone and lack of basic courtesy. As a potential customer, I expected a respectful and polite interaction, not to be belittled for taking a moment to confirm a purchase. Communication like this is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a business.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was taken aback by the disrespectful tone and lack of basic courtesy. It’s completely inappropriate to speak to potential customers this way. What made the experience even more unsettling was that shortly after our conversation, they began commenting on my own Marketplace listings, repeating back information I had shared with them. This behavior felt intrusive and unprofessional.

As a guy, I can’t say I’ve ever really been to a shop like this on my own free will. I came in today with my family to get new family pictures with Jessica Cernat. She is absolutely the best if you have small children. Knows how to position them, fluff their clothes perfectly, and make them smile! Highly recommend Jessica Cernat for any family with young kids.

Painted Tree Boutiques was full of multiple types vendors. Candles, pillows, decorations, clothes, and even spices. Love the vibe and set up of all the individual shops. One of the coolest shops I saw had these amazing globes with sparkles and sequins covering the land masses. Super cool idea! I made a very large purchase of items & 4 were marked sale items in the vendor booths.i asked the clerk to verify they were ringing up as the sale price & the clerk verified they were. Upon review of my receipt at home I noted 3 of the 4 did not ring as the sale prices. I called about it & was told there was nothing that can be done because it was past 48 hours. The purchase was only a few days ago & it seems wrong to not correct the errors. The return policy is clear, but it is not made clear incorrect charges have the same rule applied. This does not seem ethical. The difference in price is $17 + tax. Not small change. No options given either. Terrible...
