Terrible customer service. Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer pair at the end of December 2018. In May of 2019, the washer stopped cycling. I called multiple times (9 to be exact) to try and have the washer serviced. 7 weeks later, they finally send Samsung out to take a look. Technician repaired 2 small parts of the washer that still did not fix it and claimed he was voiding the warranty. I informed Aaronās to which their reply was, āJust keep trying, be a crazy customer.ā After several failed attempts and many on time payments later, I am done. At this point, I have contacted the office 6 different times to schedule a pick-up for the equipment. āOur manager is not here, we will have him call you.ā No call and weāre working on day 8. I do not want the junk they have to offer nor do I want them to make it right. Iām past that. Please beware before buying anything from this location.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and mom went in to look at the refrigerators they had as hers was damaged by mold growing in the wall behind it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were offered a bottle of water and gladly accepted as it was a hot day and we had been to a lot of places. What I found was on the showroom floor they have decorations, vases, lamps, pictures, mirrors, and then some rare floor art work made from mixed metals and a few were lighted. Some are beautiful and they are for sale. I never knew that you could purchase those items at a rent to own store. All in all it was a good experience and yes we did make a purchase. I really appreciate when I go into a place and they don't aggravate me. I think that if I get bothered by the sales people that I will take my business elsewhere to a place where people will leave me to browse and make my mind up without there imput. I am grown, I know what I like and I don't need to be influenced into an impulse buy because of someone who is suggestive selling.way to go Aaron's I will definitely send...

I described my delima to the Manager ( a gentleman by the of Kevin) he sent me a recliner it didnāt solve my as a 100% veteran. Well he attempted to locate the appropriate lift. He locate a lift chair in St. Augustine (Aaron store.) One of his employees name David, volunteered to come work to retrieve the chair from St. Augustine, Aron store. Yes there employees that are dedicated to getting the job done, going above and beyond to getting the customer, what is needed. Aaron if you are ālistenā Kevin, David, Marcus. Is a rare asset in your employee. Please show them, they are appreciated. They deserve promotions. They are a breed in todays work force. Retain them at all cost.
